Villa Lumba Lumba 3BR Stunning Private Pool Villa

Beautiful view

Sometimes felt the staff Ketut and Ketut were coming and going from the villa a lot so didn’t feel as private as what we thought. We also felt a bit ripped off by Ketut charging $20 to pick up and $20 to drop off which is about a 10 mins drive. We also didn’t get any assistance with the bags at the end which meant we had to carry our very heavy cases without assistance along the beach. For the price this should have been included. Would recommend finding your own driver before you go or not paying Ketut until after he’s helped you with the suit cases. The seperate bedroom is quite loud with the waves and moist making it not most ideal sleeping conditions. The bedroom upstairs was a bit creepy and wouldn’t want to sleep in there. There is a hut bedroom that is not a bedroom at all more of a cubby house. The doors of the villa don’t close completely and the roof is open so lots of bugs.

Mooi uitzicht

We payed 278 euros to get a PRIVATE villa. This means that there are no people around. We booked later on the day so arrived at 2pm. We expected that the villa was already clean so that we could directly enjoy the villa. Not so, the staff cleaned up for at least 1 hour. They left around 3 pm. This morning they came to bring breakfast at 8 am. That was friendly but they stayed around to clean the other rooms that we didnt even use for the next guests… we are very unpleased with this situation.

The location with sea views were stunning. The villa layout was amazing. The manager and his wife were sweet.

The villa was needing a great deal of maintenance. The villa was not clean eg. dirty drawers, showers, kitchen. Being so close to the sea made the separate room very very damp;- it was like sleeping in damp sheets. Breakfast was only o.k but this was the most expensive villa we stayed in in Bali out of 5 places and there were no extra little touches eg. no flowers, no flannels, no coffee plunger.

location and Spacious

infringement to privacy, Greedy Staff snooping all the time. They had a diary for customer feedback with torn pages. The towels and bed sheets were smelly and not clean. The service staff didn't show up at the dock and were on the property without permission using duplicate keys. we also suspect that this property had cameras.

lovely and private, but still close to eating places. The couple who look after the property are lovely. We had a great few days here, I would definitely come again.

There is nothing to like about this property it is dirty and misrepresented on Booking.com and Airbnb

Views of the other side of Devils Tears were amazing. Ocean waves were soothing, but could be loud if you are a light sleeper. Privacy is wonderful. Good restaurants nearby-Wikandar Grill and Tiko Teppanyaki.

Just coming out of the pandemic, there is some deferred maintenance-a couple of patio boards need to be replaced, the fridge could be painted and the sofa has seen its better days. It needs either a microwave or oven in order to reheat items brought home.
