Private, lovely pool, nice rooms, our own chef for breakfast

15 to Ubud centre

Quiet location, a lot of space, large pool, kind and helpful staff, nice cafes nearby.

Walking to Ubud center is challenging and there are no sidewalks for a large part of the way. Taxi mafia at the nearest road charges ridiculous rates, and they are not letting Grab/Gojek cars to pick you up. Bank charges (~3%) when paying with a credit card should be mentioned in property details. Holes in bedroom doors are letting mosquitoes in. Had to buy masking tape to close them.

Staff, location and villa was excellent. Will certainly stay again.

Wonderful location. The pool was perfect and the villa had an overall feeling of relaxation and serenity. Lopo was amazing. He was helpful, looked after us with a lovely breakfast each morning, and kept the villa tidy and clean Communication with the owner was brilliant. Steve was very helpful. It was great to have airport shuttle organised too.

The mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Also, a lot of mosquitoes coming in through the double doors and bathroom windows at night.

Lopo was waiting for us to arrive to hand over the keys, Lopo made a delicious breakfast every morning, The Villa is lovely with garden and pool view, Restaurants are short walk from the Villa,

Well laid out and very spacious. Private with high walls but very close to local amenities and to main town but away from major traffic noise. Excellent house manager and support as well
