Es war wie im Paradies! Eine ruhige, wunderschöne Oase die Nathan und sein Team mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet haben. Der Pool und die offene Küche waren top und es war alles sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Nathan war top und er war mit Vorschlagen und Empfehlungen zur Stelle. Überhaupt war das ganze Team super freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

We loved the location of the resort at the northern end of the island were you could see turtles in the water while having breakfast on the property. The breakfast was very good and overall facilities were nice.

We booked a bungalow, which was cute but significantly smaller than we had anticipated. Unfortunately, there was a major issue with the flooring. It was extremely creaky and noisy, with several areas that appeared to have been previously repaired. In some spots—particularly next to the bed where you step out—the floor flexed heavily with each step, to the point where it felt unsafe, as though our foot could go straight through. After the first night of our three-night stay, we raised this with staff. While they were polite, they were not particularly helpful. We were told that a repair person was unavailable and that there were no alternative rooms to move to. No further effort was made to resolve the issue. Ultimately, we felt unable to continue staying in the bungalow due to safety concerns and had to book a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa instead. There was no offer to upgrade us or provide even a partial discount, which made the stay significantly more expensive than planned. Had we known the total cost would be this high, we would have chosen a different resort on the Gili Islands. Overall, it left a sour impression that the room was not up to standard and that the issue was not adequately addressed by staff.

El bungalow espacioso, la cama muy cómoda, el baño grande y lindo. Todo muy limpio a pesar de estar en medio de la arena todo el día. Justo en frente de la playa con toallas, reposeras, sombrillas y sillones disponibles. Es la mejor zona para hacer snorkel, de hecho muchos barcos van hasta ahí para practicarlo. El desayuno abundante y completo. El personal encantador, siempre dispuesto a que sean tus mejores vacaciones. La zona es muy tranquila, a 10 min en bici de las zonas más movidas. La pasamos tan bien que extendimos un día más la estadía.
