The location was good and the staff were always willing to help from transport, recommendations to restaurants, booking massages to the Villa and more. Mia was extremely helpful at all times and communication was prompt. Lily was there to cook us delicious breakfasts and food a great job cleaning the villa each day. Could not ask for better service.

Very clean, close to the Main Street in Seminyak. The pool in the Villa is perfectly positioned to make the most of the sun, but also provides a little shaded area, if you’ve had enough sun.

The bathroom door in the main bedroom needs a little taken off the base of the door, it scrapes the floor when you open/close it, making a loud noise, and it needs to be closed as the aircon will escape through the bathroom window openings, which are screened but open.

The villa was very well located. Walking down the alley it was located at, will bring you straight to the main shopping district in Seminyak. Mina was super accommodating and helpful by arranging a floating breakfast for us (at no extra charge) and she also helped us arrange for an airport transfer as our last day coincided with a major holiday in Bali. Mina was also super responsive when I asked if it was possible to check in earlier. We initially being told that I was unable to do so as they needed more time to clean the villa. However, upon reaching the villa, we found that Mina had expedited the cleaning by calling in additional help so that we can check in earlier as we requested. The villa is well-furnished and the air conditioning and toilets were in good condition. The villa was also meticulously cleaned by the housekeeper each morning.

Nothing. Loved everything about my stay.

Excellent location. Jalan Kayu Aya ("Eat" Street) is less than 5 minutes walk from villa. Don't need to worry about buying/boiling drinking water because the villa has a large water dispenser. Breakfast is cooked fresh daily. Thank you to Lilli and Ayu (housekeeper/cook) for the delicious breakfasts! The breakfast menu has 4 choices to choose from. The bathrooms are enclosed which is a very good thing. Because it means it keeps all the insects/mosquitoes out! Good water pressure in the shower. Beds are super comfortable. Aircon in both bedrooms work very well. Thank you to Mia (manager) for responding quickly and solving our issue.

Not really a problem but just to let others know: This villa is located on Gang Beji. ('Gang' means small alleyway). So cars can't fit through here. Nearest dropoff/pickup point for Grab/private drivers is at a small parking area across from 'How I Met Coffee' Cafe. Then walk about 20m to the villa from there. At night, the alleyway to the villa is quite dark. Bring a torchlight. Watch your step - lots of dog poo on the path 😅

A member of the staff was there to give us the keys and ask what breakfast we would like to eat on the next day.

There were no laundry facilities.

Host was already at the location when we arrived early, she was well prepared and ready for us. Our daily housekeeper lily, was very friendly, made our breakfast and kept the rooms clean. Breakfast was decent, location was pretty good and facilities were good enough for our usage.

Would have been better to perhaps have a TV in the room where it was air conditioned instead of the living room, or maybe have the living room enclosed to keep out the bugs. Breakfast could have afforded to have more options.
