VILLA LUNA

The villa had a very easy check in process, and Martha who oversaw our booking was attentive and communicative throughout our stay. Good distance to convenience stores and restaurants in the area and still quite quiet even though it's facing the road. The kitchen is stocked with plates and cutlery, a microwave and other essentials that make a longer stay comfortable. The beds were really big and comfortable. The towels are absolutely lovely and a young lady comes to clean and replace the towels every 2 days.

There were a few minor issues, one of them being that the Aircon in our room turned itself off every 30 mins when we arrived. We only noticed at night when going to bed and messaged Martha who very quickly apologised and sent a technician in to fix it. Unfortunately, however it still kept turning itself off and we went another night without Aircon. The technician returned and managed to keep it on, but that night we realised it wasn't cold, so we had a third night without Aircon. It's important to note that throughout the process Martha was lovely and always sent someone to fix it, but we wish it could have been done properly the first time. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it was a bit overpriced for the quality.

Everything! The villa was beautiful and clean. The owner constantly sent people to come clean the villa and was very responsive and helpful. Great location as well. We definitely recommend it to others.

Bedrooms were lovely and pool was nice, location also good next to lots of nice little cafes and restaurants.

The living room was super uncomfortable - couch was small and not comfortable, and the dining room chairs were the same. Villa could be vastly improved with some more comfortable living room seating and poolside seating - the beanbags they had by the pool were also uncomfortable to use.
