The ac in the upper floor was not working The privacy is different from one to another like it's your own swimming pool but people can see you and some stares to be honest some cars park in front of you but security deal with cars In general I would come again for sure

On booking,it didn’t segregate the different villas at the property,hence we booked and got the wrong villa.

I am extremely disappointed with my vacation at the villa!!! First, doesn't correspond to the coastline, as from the pool descent to the sea is simply impossible!!! There was a path between the villa and the beach that was constantly used by locals. The beach was black volcanic sand littered with various trash and there was no way to approach the sea. Some of electrical appliances in the kitchen area did not work, all the appliances are old and rusty! Home theater hasn't worked for about ten years !!! The plumbing is shabby and rusty. Linen was changed once a week regardless of soiling! The breakfasts were scanter and cheap. My mistake was to pay thirty days in advance, but we couldn't stay more than three weeks and moved to a more decent Villa. When asked for a refund for the last week, we were flatly refused. It's an hour drive to the nearest restaurants.

1- The staff are really amazing 2- villa very comfortable 3- cleaning perfect 4- Can find everything you need from facilities

1- The water has very bad smells, can't stand it . 2- the location of the villa is far from all restaurants you need to spend like 40 min drive to sunar with traffic and order food take like minimum 35min then 40min back the food will be cold and discussing.

The location was great for quite relaxation. The breakfast was delicious. we really liked the property and how spacious it was. It has an open concept, and it was well lit where natural light was coming into the property. The stuff was very pleasant down to earth and very helpful.

To go to the market or any other areas, it is quite a drive. Expect to drive 40+min to get to elephant sanctuary, sacred monkey forest, sanctuary, temples etc
