Nice staff, lovely room and terrace

The property was as shown in the picture, the staff were polite and friendly.

Nothing all was good

very very bad not provided amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, comb,kettle, tv is not working and not provided a table in the room. one mirror was erected and it was very small. no cooperation no tea or foods but they charged 6400 as rent Am a regular customer of urs since long years i never get any hotels like. The man from the reception said that your charge is without AC and you have to pay 400 for AC i wondered if no hotel is charged from me for AC (additional ) you should remove this hotel name from your link urgently. otherwise i will not book through your link. The gye is always watching in his mobile and sitting in the sofa.Not supporting customers i saw many customers quarreled with him and went away from there

A/c not working and there is no bathroom lock

rooms were clean and comfortable.

no room service, most of the time no one was at reception, no landline to call reception. no utility like electic kettle in room, for spoon and forks I had to run down to ground floor.
