Rooms were spacious with a comfortable hall and dining.

The linens were soiled, the staff replaced the same.

1. Some Cloths could have been kept which would have helped us clean a slight bit of mess here and there. 2. The Laundry was given to a third-party and was charged at ₹45 a piece, which is too expensive. Transparency regarding the same while collection would have helped us make an informed decision. 3. The Manager Abinesh, while courteous, wasn't very proactive when called upon. On a couple of occasions, he said he would be there in 10 minutes, but he never showed up and we had to call him again. 4. There was a problem with the Sink in the Dining Room because of which it couldn't be used. 5. The Door to the Balcony was too creaky in one of the Bedrooms which was quite irritating.

The bill was not provided and as written on booking.com denied card payments also Basic amenities lacked like leaking was basin The caretaker was very slow with all services
