"Peaceful"

We had originally booked Padam Hill, but upon booking we were told there are 80 steps to reach the villa - this was not possible for my parents. We were then given a free upgrade to Paris Villa, which is in the same compound. The villa was airy and spacious. Food was amazing. Staff is very attentive, polite and available in case you have any issues. Yash and Prashant were very helpful. Overall, a very peaceful stay.

I wish the villa were a bit cleaner though - the common toilet in the living room is kind of dirty. We found dead bugs on our bed and in the wardrobe.

The Location, the whole property lay out, Bedroom sizes, sitting area and lounges, gardens and lawns etc and the privacy of the unit is very good, well kept, comfortable and enjoyble. It fully deserves to be termed as wonderful. We liked the food at all times and the service we got was superb. The Staff was very courtious and always eager to do and make things as required. Never got a chance to remind any reqest. Compliments to the property owner.

1. A proper and fully visible BOARD of the Property on the turning from the Main Road towards the Property is MISSING. The Turn being very sharp, it is easily missed. Moreover, the Main Road is quite narrow, old, worn out and mostly broken every where It has rather heavy traffic. Missing the turn poses great difficulty and problems in turning back to return. 2. M/s StayVista, the sellers, booking agents and general handlers of the Property were inconspicuous of their involvent once the Payment was made. Quite disapointing. They should be more proactive & responsible to ensure guests' wellbeing.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! The property itself was beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and courteous to ensure we were comfortable. Our Pet enjoyed alot in the lawn. We would love to visit again.
