Очень хорошая вилла со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Хозяин просто супер человек, во всем помогал и советовал. Организовал машину на прокат, доставку еды. Отдых прошел очень круто. Всем советую эту виллу.

The villa surpassed all our expectations. It was beautiful throughout and equiped with absolutely everything that we could have needed throughout our 7 night stay. Yavuz (the owner), built the villa himself and it is a credit to him. Communications before our arrival were excellent and he was there to greet us, which was much appreciated. The villa is built on a hill but only a 5 minute taxi ride from the harbour and all the wonderful restaurants and bars. We had such a wonderful relaxed time at the Villa Phi and would highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

I would really struggle to say that there was anything that we didn‘t like.

The pool with jacuzzi and outdoor space is perfect. Table tennis was also winner!

Nothing, it was great for us (family of 4)

The villa was unbelievable. The facilities were exceptional. I stayed there a week with my 4 friends, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The sauna was top class and so was the heated indoor pool. The kitchen and bbq area was used frequently. Local Halal butchers 5 min walk away and supermarket 3 min walk so we had all we needed to make some top food. The cinema room was great, we didn’t use it as a cinema room but used it as our Salah room during our stay! We hired a car and the parking for the vehicle was underneath the villa, something out of Batman !! Honestly a great experience. Best of all was the host, brother Yavuz. He helped us soo much. Whenever we needed him we’d just drop him a message or a call and he was at the villa within 5 mins. Unfortunately we were involved in a serious car accident in Kalkan, the host of our villa Yavuz helped us soo much. He dealt with the police and the hospital, he took us to the hospital and the station and made the experience smooth for us. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did !! Hats off to him 👌🏽

Being honest, iv actually got nothing to complain about. All in all it was a great booking

Villa Phi was exceptionall in every way. The accommodation is luxurious and had everything you could possibly need, including a welcome basket of goodies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are high quality and beautiful in design. The outdoor pool was incredible and a joy to use. The cinema room was such a treat, so comfortable and a firm favourite with the children. I can not express how amazing the views are, particularly from the top floor balcony, the perfect mix of sea and mountains. The villa is in a fabulous location, a very short drive from the centre of Kalkan (a taxi cost approx £4) where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful streets. It is impossible not to love Villa Phi.

It's barely worth mentioning but the WiFi speed to slightly slower than we have in the UK. But with a pool like that and those incredible views who cares!?

Our stay at the house in Kalkan was exceptional, and we were consistently impressed with Yavuz Bey's availability for any inquiries we had. The house itself offered a plethora of amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed, particularly the outdoor BBQ area, the various pools, and the Finnish sauna, ensuring our experience was both luxurious and relaxing. The tranquility of the location was remarkable, providing peace at any time of day, which was particularly appreciated by my children who were reluctant to leave. The proximity to delightful restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and serene beaches added to the allure, making this location the epitome of a perfect and peaceful getaway. Our heartfelt thanks for everything.
