Everything, the best of the best!

Well equipped, comfortable. Great shutters, air conditioning and heated pool was making the holiday very relaxing and fun.

I have no words to describe how beautiful is this apartament! Everything was great, wonderful place, we have everything that we could wanted and even more! Location is perfect, quiet place, but in near location to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from room. Everything was clean and well prepared for guests. For sure I will visit this place again when I will be in Croatia. Highly recommend for everyone :)

Marijana met us at the villa and showed us around, even though we arrived between 10 and 11pm. She was very welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay. We will definitely be returning.

There was nowhere to hang clothes in our bedroom.

Plenty of room for 6, lots of living space and a large table for sitting round to play games/chat. Good beds. A warm welcome. It was spotless clean. Super on site pool (it is in the photos but not the description so far as we can see) Fabulous weather. Beach and old town in easy walking distance- if beaches, strolling and restaurant/cafe life are your thing, this is absolutely ideal and no car is needed. We hired paddle boards on the beach, great fun (in quiet times, worth haggling with the renters). Monday to Friday there is a good bus service to Zadar which is well worth a day spent. Plenty of bathrooms (though see below). We would have been happy to stay longer, this is always a good sign.

A few little niggles. OK there is a good barbecue for cooking outside for barbecue enthusiasts, but some of the kitchen facilities need a little patience . There is very little prep area, and the hob and oven are slow and laborious to use. By the time we left, the extractor fan filter was in a state of disrepair, the owner made us pay for a new one but the thing is so flimsy any touch would cause it to collapse. There was nowhere to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms and no coat/jacket hooks near the doors. The motorised blinds are a pain - apparently if raised beyond a certain point, they refuse to descend again. This happened in a bedroom on the sunny side, and couldn't be easily fixed due to inaccessibility built in - a warning notice would be welcome as we are unused to such blinds in the UK. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned, 4 bathrooms were in the description but only 3 in use at the time of our visit, .

The location was excellent. Our host was so helpful and welcoming.The villa was well equipped and very clean. The pool was lovely. The whole family had an amazing holiday. The beaches in the area are incredible.
