Beyond Villas

Incredible location, most beautiful beach with exclusive access via the villa - public is unable to access only by boat so you way less busy than other beaches which is a massive bonus. We tried to go to other beaches but found that we didn’t need to as this was the best spot on the island. But beware many steep stairs so not suitable for the elderly or very young children. Property was beautifully laid out and aesthetically built into the cliff providing the most stunning views and guaranteed picture perfect sunsets each evening.

Could have been better equipped, didn’t have enough ports and pans and could have been a tad cleaner too.. for the money…

Es sollte sehr genau beschrieben sein, dass man zum Meer nur über Treppen hinunterkommt. 325 hinunter und 325 hinauf! Für jemanden mit schlechter Kondition , gesundheitlichen Problemen nicht geeignet. Mein Mann mit Knieproblemen konnte kein einziges Mal zum Strand und war gezwungen die ganze Zeit in der Villa zu bleiben. Auch ist es natürlich nicht für Kleinkinder im Kinderwagen geeignet.

Incredible location with stairs down to the perfect beach, plus numerous umbrellas and sunloungers provided for the the beach. Early morning swims were wonderful. Very helpful and kind housekeeper, Niki, looked after us throughout.

Not a negative but families with small children or less mobile members should be aware that there are a lot of steep stairs both down to the properties and down to the beach. For everyone else it's good exercise.

300 steps to the beach was a bit tiring but overall an interesting experience

Wasn’t a problem for us but there a lot of stairs to the villa and down to the beach. May not be suitable for older individuals or those with mobility challenges
