Good location, except there is a noisy venue across the road and one night we had to go out and ask the valet parking man to stop blowing his whistle

This is a very tired Villa with not much love, maintenance levels are deplorable, our air-conditioner was not working in our room. The technician came to look but didn’t fix it until we asked to get him back again., the Internet was terrible, he is very poorly equipped, if you intend on cooking, you need to bring everything yourself, there is very little in the way of amenities in the entire Villa, no TV or air-conditioning in the living area, the living area is basically useless. There was no standard frying pan only a grill pan. There was no spatula., there are no pots or pans. There is no hairdryer. Very little thought or care has gone into this Villa. Even our booking process was tedious, very long response times, zero contact before we arrived and when I contacted them and tried to get information, they were literally quite rude, the common response from the Villa management company was you do know we manage over 40 villas, I had to tell him which Villa I was actually staying in, I forgot and the showers do not lock on the top showerhead so you have to use the handpiece which is a waste height , yes, I have very little positive to say about my experience nor the Villa.

Great breakfast. Wayan prepared a lovely breakfast everyday with fresh juices, and many local treats. The staff at the villa is very friendly and helpful. We rented the 2 adjacent villas 2+4 bedrooms to accommodate all our family, including grand parents in the 2BR and my sister and kids in the 4BR villas. The garden is nice and spacious for kids to play. 2 pools, the large one is ideal for morning wake-up swims!!!
