The location was amazing. The staff were super attentive and responsive.

The staff were wonderful and friendly, the location was close to everything, but far enough away from the noise of the main street. Having breakfast made each morning for us at the Villa was a bonus. The pool was lovely and having the space to ourselves allowed us to relax completely. There was even a stereo we could Bluetooth our phones to! I would highly recommend this Villa for a stay.

Honestly, nothing I could think of. I was nervous about staying in a Villa and the check-in process, however the staff were welcoming on arrival and we had a fabulous stay.

Villa Lemone was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. The staff was what really made it the best experience, from dropping off our luggage to giving us a tour, and organising a floating breakfast and massages for us. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back!

Marissa and her team were very lovely. We were greeted upon arrival to finalise payment and shown around the property. We loved the breakfast option although very limited. Still pretty good for a breakfast to be included with the villa. Service was superb and very accommodating especially before we arrived including giving us referrals to a few business for an 80th birthday. The staff were lovely and were always on time to get there to cook our breakfast and then set times for cleaning periods. Location is perfect, there is a coffee shop (How I met Coffee) 50 meters, a laundromat in the same area and an currency exchange place within that same space. Down the other end of the street, you have the main drag with all the bars, clubs, restaurants and shopping. 2 kms away is a beautiful restaurant called Kilo Kitchen that our whole family dined at most of the time. The villa itself is a bit dated, may need a bit of renovating in the bathrooms/toilet areas, but everything else was perfect for our 10 day stay. Our communication with the property managers, meant we were able to advise whether we wanted cleaning and breakfast which was a great way to stay in contact with. Would recommend this place to anyone, although a little bit more pricier than what I would have paid for, it was still a lovely place to stay at. Villa Lemone has 3 other villas next to each other makes it more convenient to book 3 for more than one family. Full kitchenette available with a Cocos Supermarket 100metres down the road. Was lovely to walk out of our rooms and into the pool on the hot days. Wifi was available and had great reception as well.

Bathroom and toilet a little bit outdated other than that no other issues.

The pool and rooms were lovely. Staff were excellent.

No place to put your suitcase. No PowerPoint in bathroom.

The villa was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the location.

Завтраки готовились прямо на вилле. Вокруг много ресторанов и магазинов. Персонал был очень любезен, всегда на связи. Отдых был замечательным,не смотря на минусы, описанные ниже. Надеюсь персонал все учтет и исправит. Рекомендую!

Красивая вилла, но немного уставшая, нужна замена раковин, душа, есть запахи в туалете. Все краны разболтаны, того и гляди вывалятся из стен. Ручки на дверях болтаются, кресла с неприятными пятнами, не садились на них вообще.

Location was perfect as it was central to main areas of Seminyak. The villa was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds and great pool area. The staff were welcoming and so so lovely.

Toilets didn’t flush properly and took a few takes.

Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful and kept our villa clean and neat. Close to shops and restaurants.

All good.
