Great location with all facilities needed and great staff. Wayan was very efficient and always on time.

Great location, plenty of affordable dining options nearby. Located off the main road - good for privacy. Short walk to Ubud centre. Small but nice pool. well equipped kitchen and the property was clean. spacious bathrooms. comfortable beds. Wayan, the caretaker was fantastic. He met us at the Villa (waited patiently as traffic meant that we were later than expected to arrive from the airport). Took onboard our feedback to turn up the spice levels in the breakfast. :-) Always smiling and very helpful. As a tip: the villa is located behind Warung Mendez.

Nothing really. If I have to be really picky, probably that parking is in front of Warung Mendez. The path leading up to the villa is suitable only for scooters and foot traffic. However, it did not matter to us as it was a 30 second walk to the main road.

a little noise of the traffic outside at nite. There is no sound proof so at nite you can hear neighbors talking.

We were on a Besties holiday and as busy Mums it was wonderful to have breakfast cooked for us each morning - starting with a lovely selection of fruit and continuing with eggs (however we wanted cooked) and toast - a good start to a busy day. Wayan looked after us each morning and went out of his way to be cheerful and helpful. Thankyou. The villa was comfortable and clean with a lovely garden and pool which we took advantage of every day. Peaceful as off the main road, but still close to cafes and other amenities such as massage, mini marts etc. 200- 300m walk to the start of the Campuhan Ridge walk. There is a good "hole in the wall" coffee shop just down the road which we would highly recommend. The Wayan Mendez had great food which was just next to the villa. Takes about 15 min to walk into Ubud main from the villa.

The only thing was the lack of a washing machine as it had been listed as an amenity but hadn't been available for a while, so we had to hand wash. Which isn't a big issue but was one of the considerations when we rented the villa. I had compression garments that need washing daily. The amenities list just needs to be updated.

The location was quiet with good restaurants just outside. Also not far from Ubud market by taxi. Villa was comfortable and Wayan looked after us very well while we were there.

There is nothing we did not like.
