Luxury Villa Kudeta 300m BEACH and heart of Seminyak

Huge Villa 300m2 Huge private swimming pool with huge terrace, nothing bad in this villa, 3 bedrooms with each of bedroom have private shower, all kitchen equipment they have, water tapping gallon with machine, dinner table so big, i’m not expected that villa so huge like that, design so charming, near to every restaurant bar, club beach, in Seminyak area.. the price for this kind of villa in seminyak, this is rhe cheapest one with not cheap experience that you will get, and thank for mbok Ketut, youre so kind and so humble… don’t forget try the massage in the morning, the best one!!

We loved our stay. We travelled as two couples and we were so impressed with the Villa. The location was fantastic, so near to wonderful eateries (Warung Bernadette being our favourite). The Villa was so spacious and the outdoor facilities, pool, variety of comfortable loungers, bean bags and day bed were a highlight next to the beautiful pool. The communication with the owner was brilliant and the Villa was kept immaculate by Ketut, she was brilliant 🙏🏻

2nd bathroom is a disgrace, soiled sarong on the wall, dangerous step down, very dark and dingy. lounge inadequate for amount of guests and very uncomfortable. no hot water in kitchen, no electric kettle, weren’t left with sufficient toilet paper when cleaner didnt come in. no clean towels throughout visit. hated the entry with rocks everywhere, internet showed decking and lawn. most of doors didn’t open. was not 300 metres to beach and certainly not luxury

Location is very good, Seminyak square is at a walkable distance. The pool is excellent and good for 7-8 pax Both rooms at the ground floor are spacious. The villa had good basic utensils and glasses which was very useful.

There was no cleaning for two days plus there was a power and water outage on one of the days. Also, there was leakage in one of the toilet. Owner should focus on this basic factor. The stairs to room at the top floor is not suitable for kids as it’s prone to injury.
