Villa Casa Shanti

Great little hidden gem, walking distance to where we wanted to go, pool was great, rooms were spacious, great little kitchen was able to cook for ourselves. Has a little fridge (could do with a little bit of maintenance, seals coming away, and leaking water on the floor). Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in both rooms just no Air-conditioning in lounge, dining, kitchen area just a stand alone fan. Massage and laundry service are available on request. Will 100% book again when we come back to Lovina Bali in the future.

Advertise as breakfast included but was only toast with jam, was expecting something more, advise just taking that off the booking as was disappointing, has fully equipped kitchen so just recommend buying your own supplies and cooking your own breakfast.

The outdoor pool is large and outside area is nice.

The bathroom. The shower kept flooding with water and we asked the owner for assistance and no one came. The kitchen and eating area was very hot. The kitchen also had ants. Kept having to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. No proper dishwashing soap to clean dishes with. Our bed sheets and towels were not changed the whole stay, wasn’t sure whether to ask or not.

We weren’t able to use the pool on first day as it needed chlorine. Only offered bread and Jam for breakfast

The pool was wonderful

AC was not working the first night, so we moved the next day to another room. I had to remind the owner breakfast was included in our rate; the next morning we got 2 slices of dry toast with jam and one cup of coffee. The following morning we got nothing. The lady working there was obviously disappointed we didn’t go for her offers of massage, snorkeling etc. I couldn’t get the TV to work.

Comfortable, quiet , good location.

Villa Casa shanti is very close to the beach. Just a 10 min walk on the same road. The shops and restaurants are not far away. If you like a homestay service from Kadek, please ask her, she can help you out! Very friendly and easy going.

Sometimes there are building activities with the neighbors. But that happens often in Bali!

The rest was amazing! Especially Kadec and her massages 🥰

They only have 4 actual sleeping places… the fourth one is a mattress on the floor of the living room.

Perfect location, comfy villa, beautiful garden and pool area - everything we needed and more! The woman who made our breakfast, Kadek, is so lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
