Amazing location we could walk everywhere. Some people of a certain age might struggle with the steps up and down into town. It wasn’t a problem for our family.

Perfectly located and very well appointed. We've stayed here twice this year and can't recommend it highly enough. The outside space is fantastic with plenty of space to sit (and find shade if you need it) and the pool is lovely. The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, and we didn't want for anything.

Heritage Villa Unique is beautiful, it is in a perfect location in Cavtat and you have everything on your doorstep so can walk to the restaurants and bars. The owners have literally thought of everything that you will need for your stay and were a pleasure to deal with before and during our stay. It is as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos and is immaculate throughout. If you want a luxury Villa in Cavtat this is the one!
