Location, big rooms, easy access

Only criticism is needs nicer lounge suite. Vinyl is uncomfortable and sticky in heat

Towels were very thin.

Great value Villa despite it starting to age. Friendly staff. Assistance when needed.

Limited glassware/cutlery. Housecleaning often missed towels. Charged 100'000IDR for a single broken cup which is OUTRAGEOUS!! Villa is starting to look a little beaten up and tired. -Missing tiles in pool. -Cupboards broken -Door latches not working. - Stained toilets. - Broken taps. - No hot water tap kitchen .

It was clean and lovely.

Just a note that the living area & kitchen is located next to the pool undercover but outside. Looks amazing but not great when mosquitoes are eating you alive. The same goes for all the bathrooms- there is no ventilation and has an opening in the roof with gorgeous plants- but again it’s quite humid & here is another area for mosquitoes to be at. So the only place to escape from the mosquitos would be in the bedrooms but there were still a lot inside the rooms, biting us. All in all it was a good stay- the major negative was the mosquitoes unfortunately. The sliding doors are very noisy- and they don’t always shut properly and come undone a few times.

Nice spacious rooms, open kitchen and extra bathroom too.

The bathrooms were definitely older and well used, however still clean enough.

location bit hard to find.

I like the location, walk about 7min arrive the Bintang Supermarket, the street many restaurant & bistro.

The bedsheet got smell, the toilet seat very dirty. When use hair dryer, electricity will shut down all the Villa, and ask customer service not on the spot to help.
