Great location, staff easy to contact via Whatsapp, lovely villa and pool. Note that the bedrooms only have external access

A little tired in places and could do with a good gardening session

Staff were nice. Could be a nice Villa with abit of work. Staff addressed my need for airconditioning cleaning fast. They got my water and gas fast. They came and removed dead mice.

First night l had to stay in a separate bedroom with my kids because the other 2 bedrooms had a unbearable smell of mold. The following day we asked staff to clean airconditioning , they got someone in to clean and the smell was gone. The were dead mice in kitchen and living area. Bad smell. Spent my morning getting more gas for stove and water. Both run out. Living area was run down. It was a outdoor living area with a vinyl lounge area. Sitting in a hot environment out side on a vinyl lounge was awful. Water feature was broken and run down. Most of the time l had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water. I paid a decent amount of money for this Villa for 5 nights for me and my family. After staying at a much cheaper Villa in ubud with breakfast included, it was maintained and really nice. If it wasn't for me prepaying for this Villa and not knowing if l could get another straight away l would have gone somewhere else. We had a good time in Bali but this Villa was very disappointing. I really should be getting a part refund. I'm not fussy but l do expect a sanitary and better maintained Villa.

Well about, three separate villas, each with own bathrooms. Pool was good. Nice open areas for larger families.

I realise this is a slightly cheaper property, but there are some back up-keep things that could make it look better. Paint stains in the bathrooms, tired plants, fountain not working, old TV…generally just a tired looking place.

Really loved the pool and lovely loungers to sit around the pool. Beds were good and rooms were a great size as well as the bathroom facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked that the staff would advise the time for cleaning the night before so we would know when they were coming to clean.

Towels and sheets might need to be upgraded as some were stained rather obviously and towels not very fluffy.
