Villa Cicibella

We've been to Sutivan several times and this villa is a real find. It is very close to the harbour which is the centre of life in Sutivan, and yet somehow it has a big pool that isn't really overlooked. We are a family of four and were all in the pool at times with the kids each in a rubber ring trying to run us over and still there was plenty of space. The views from the upper terrace out over the harbour and the sea to Split are amazing and became my favourite place to hide with a beer and book for an hour at 6pm while the kids were still in the pool. Alex is a super host. He always responded quickly but what we were most impressed with was the simple everyday bits and pieces that that had been provided so that really all you needed to do was buy breakfast at the bakery (which is the place to go by the way and just 2 mins down the street from the villa). I have never understood why some expensive villas only provide 3 dishwasher tablets and only enough loo roll for the first 48 hours, so it was so nice to discover Alex had provided everything we could possibly need for the week (actually, probably a month!). Next time we go back to Sutivan we will be staying here again.

Pretty much everything: the stunning view, the gardens, the pool, the amount of coffee pods, the arrival pack, the mini gym, the swallows skimming the pool, Alex the host, etc…

Alex was a superb host - he met us on arrival, provided a welcome hamper and nothing was to much trouble. The villa is beautiful and perfectly positioned.

It’s difficult to find any fault. If I had to say anything it would be to make it clear that it is up a fairly steep hill and there are a number of steps around the property.

We had a 14 days stay at Villa Cicibella and were tremendously satisfied. We got a welcome package with some beer, wine, etc. but also homemade food (very delicious) and once in a week a special supply with incredible fresh fish. Alex is a super nice owner, always approachable and very helpful. We highly recommend this lovely place in Sutivan. Go for it :)

Excellent location, beautiful view and the house is exceptional!

We loved everything about villa Cicibella and Sutivan! It was the most relaxing holiday. The house was amazing. Well equipped with everything you need Plus a few extras in the fridge when we arrived late which was fab. Alex was there to organise everything and gave advice where needed. The church bell's were so beautiful and the 5 minutes walk to the beach was a pleasure. We will definitely be back. The PS5 and pool were great for the kids. Loved every minute.
