Villa Zlatno Sunce in the hills near Trogir

Villa is located in a beautiful and peaceful place with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the beds are very cozy, and everything you need is provided. There is a great barbecue area and a large swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. We would also like to give special thanks to the villa owners. They are wonderful, friendly, and welcoming people who made us feel at home from the very beginning. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views.

The location of the villa is fabulous with stunning sea views and real sense of privacy. The villa was spotless, modern, well maintained and simply lovely. Our hosts were delightful, looked after us really well and even brought us cake! Highly recommended!

I don't know if I should recommend it, or keep it as a secret escape, because this Villa is one of the best places I have ever been to. We were picked up by the super nice host nearby the Villa, as the way to it is small and curvy. So you definitly need a car to get there! Once you arrive you will notice, that the next house is more than 200m away from yours, so you can expect absolute privacy and quietness. One of the rooms has a view towards the sea, the other to the side of the house. This second room could need some pictures on the wall or something else, that makes it a little more comfortable. All rooms are equipped with A/C. The kitchen has all the stuff you need. During our stay we were greeted with a walnut-cake and lots of fresh figs. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Speaking of, the pool has a spectatular view towards the sea, and was refreshing too, but not too cold. It is also deep enough to jump into. Next to the pool you have 4 sunbeds and 2 chairs, which are safe from the sun. The length of the terrasse providing the shadows could be extended a little to make it more comfortable, as you have to move the sunbeds after an hour or so, for not being in the sun. You can have your meals outside, or inside, as there is a table on the in, and one on the outside. I would recommend a stay for a maximum of 4 persons, as there is just one small bathroom. The villa has anything you need for a perfect stay. Be aware, the next supermarket is 10-15 minutes away. You are somewhere near Trogir, but also far away enough to have a nice stay for yourself with no one around, that could bother you. By choosing this villa I can assure you, you made the right decision. It is not the cheapest, but worth every cent. The

Nothing really. The only thing is taking a shower ends up in a wet toilet too, as there is nothing, that holds off the water from the shower, even if you try your best. What you can hardly hear are the wind-turbines at the top of the hill, when in front of the house or on the side of the terrace, where the barbeque is. But absolutely nothing to be worried about.

The host Ileana and her husband were very friendly and caring during our stay, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The property offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. Highly recommend booking this hidden gem near the mountains of Trogir for anyone looking to experience a blend of adventure and relaxation.

Shower screen and extra toilet would have been nice, but we understand from our host that this is work in progress.
