Aircon could have been better

The villa has an amazing view and lovely staff. However, the villa is tired and we had a few issues during the first few days. the location makes it difficult to get out and explore, you will need a driver.

It is located on the top of a very steep hill. The drive to the villa on a very windy thin driveway is quite frightening. If staying there you will need a driver as you can’t walk to anything. When we arrived the fridge was not working, there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms and upstairs smelt like dead rat. The staff did their best to rectify these issues but not a great start to the holiday.

Amazing location, space and views. Regular housekeeping. Staff were incredible lovely and tentative. Offers from owner and staff to help with transportation etc. Even helped us with a broken bike tyre :)

Oven and kettle didn’t work well. Kitchen a bit dated.

Santosa heights is an exquisite villa in the serene beauty of kuta lombok. From the breath taking views to the impeccable service, every moment here felt like a dream for me and my family. The luxurious amenities and attention to detail surpassed our expectations. We felt very safe as we were travelling with young kids. It was an unforgettable experience and escape from our daily routine it left us now longing to return which we are sure to do so with family and friends. Thank you loads santosa.

The view from the villa is amazing. And the guys managing the villa are friendly.

The villa really needs some renovations and upgrades. Pretty worn out. Doors closing poorly, pool pump is not properly working, bathrooms are not very clean and looked very old. The kitchen you don't want to use at it makes a dirty impression also. It's a shame to let such a house fall into disrepair.

One of the best stays I've had. The view from the pool was amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff were great.

No negative really. It's a decent hill to ride up but I didn't mind that.
