Big clean pool and living area. Great location tucked down a quiet alleyway but close to beach and lots of restaurants.

Great location, a little hard to find at first, but well secluded and private. Prefect villa for a group to stay, very helpful host (Bill). Clean, tidy and very spacious.

Bill & his team are world class. The location is aces. The whole experience was just... phenomenal. If you're looking for the right place to stay in Bali, look no further. I literally have no words when my wife says that everything is perfect, that's all we need to know. Don't think twice, book here and love paradise.

The easy access to the main road, restaurants and shopping. Located in a lovely laneway with friendly locals. A very secluded location so no noise from clubs, bars passing traffic. Lovely lounge and pool area enough seating for all the family. Very well set out rooms with adequate furniture, not over done and nice and spacious.

Beds are very hard, host did what he could to rectify the issue. Bathrooms need a deep clean. Having to pay PayPal fees to pay for the property was unexpected. Construction noise during our stay, host did what he could to rectify.

Everything. It was perfect for accessing shops, restaurants, beach and was tucked away from crowds and busy street.

Different people in and out of villa every day (cleaners, pool guy, linen drop off) with their key so did not feel totally private.

The comfortable beds, pool and location. Housekeeper comes everyday to clean and leaves fresh clean towels and makes the beds.

Looking at the photos when booking and then seeing in person, the property has aged as expected. Definitely needs some updating, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately with the rain (we stayed worst wet season in a long time) there were a few leaks. Owner was informed and was having them repaired when we checked out.

Fantastic location in the heart of Sanur. Plenty of restaurants', cafe's and bar within walking distance. Walk to beach about 5 minutes down a laneway straight across the road. Plenty available transport services right outside the villa for those longer day trips.

We absolutely adored our stay at Pineapple Villa! It was the perfect accommodation for our family of 8, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make lasting memories. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a hospitable host who was easy to engage with and made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The villa itself was stunning – spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for all of us to lounge both inside and outside. Whether we were enjoying meals together in the dining area, relaxing in the living room, or soaking up the sun by the pool, there was always a perfect spot for everyone. The daily house cleaning was impeccable, keeping everything tidy and fresh throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, and we were especially appreciative of the reputable drivers suggested by the host for both our airport transfers and day trips. It made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Pineapple Villa provided the ideal setting for our family to reconnect and unwind, and we’ll definitely be back! Many fond memories were made here, and we can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nothing, we were happy with all aspects of the booking

Spatial, a lot of TV channels and movies, even Dutch channels. Lot of facilities, microwave, oven, ricecooker, good working airconditioners, etc.

The taps of the showers need to be cleaned. Limescale on the taps.
