Villa Tonći Zaton

Lage war top Sehr schönes Haus. Waren mit mehreren Familien vor Ort. Alles super schöner Pool und einen ganz großen Lob an die Familie die uns das Haus übergeben haben. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Ausstattung könnte bald modernisiert werden bezüglich Fernseher in allen Zimmer :) ansonsten top

Tolle Villa mit 4 klimatisierten Wohneinheiten (2x 2er Appartement, 2x 4er Appartement mit 2 DZ). So schön wie auf den Fotos. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr gepflegt. Äußerst bemühte und nette Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage, ca 6 Min zum Meer, 6 Min zum Restaurant, 10 Min zum Supermarkt.

Der Hahn vom Nachbarn beginnt mitten in der Nacht zu krähen. Dank Ohropax nicht so schlimm.

The accommodation was fantastic. We stayed there with three families and children. Each family had its own apartment, ensuring privacy for everyone. The overall impression of the property was excellent — everything was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The house is located about a 9-minute walk from a beautiful beach equipped with built-in wooden sun loungers, which are free to use. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach, as well as free freshwater showers. I can highly recommend this accommodation for multiple families or a group of friends.

Beautiful villa, lovely host.

We stayed here as a group of 12 20 year olds and we throughly enjoyed. The villa was well equipped, very clean, and very spacious with beautiful views. The outside area is very big and tidy as well. It had very large pool that was heated with built in lights. The grill outside works perfectly for big barbecues with a very large table and lots of umbrellas available if shade is needed. The beds and sofas are very comfortable throughout the villa. The host was absolutely amazing, she was very accommodating, let us check in and out late. she even went to the supermarket for us as our plane landed very late and offered to book us taxis from the airport. she was very good with checking in on us and all around amazing during our stay. all in all Katrina went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. There is a bus stop very close to the villa which allows easy transport into the bigger cities and towns. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with transport also available for more action packed days.

We were a bit confused upon arrival at the layout of the villa. This could be a complete oversight on our part but we were expecting one large villa that fits 12 people, but instead it was 4 separate apartments in the same complex. I’m not sure if these get rented out separately but if they do, the experience could be different depending on the room. Only the top left room has an oven in it and only 2 of the rooms have a dishwasher. We also found it difficult to use the hot water and had cold showers on most days. Most of the showers were also handheld as there was no bracket to hold them up on the wall. There was also no key for the front gate so we did have an unfortunate run in with one of the neighbours.

Loved the amenities, great for large groups!

A little far from restaurants and sandy beaches if you don’t have a car, besides that it was amazing!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. As a large family we loved the fact we were all in one property but all had our own individual entrances. The family who own the property can not do enough for you
