Ktima Loumoumba, Private Villa

The host was absolutely amazing. Very flexible and kind. The house was equipped with everything one could need and if you have a car it is in the middle of the island allowing you to explore everything. I had a fantastic time

L'accoglienza di Dimitris, gli spazi, gli arredi, la pulizia, la posizione. Nella casa non manca davvero nulla, inoltre abbiamo trovato il frigorifero con molte bibite, yogurt e tanto altro. Soggiornavo con amici e siamo stati tutti molto contenti. Esperienza positivissima. Spero di poter tornare.

We loved everything. Very quiet, very cozy, clean and the host was absolutely amazing.

The host is very supportive, he was answering to all our requests very quickly and even has suggested what to visit during our stay. The villa is equipped with everything that you might need and situated in a nice big yard full of trees - lemons, oranges etc. There are nice areas outside so you may enjoy having your meals and coffees outside in fresh air. The villa looks better in reality than the photos. The bedrooms are separated two by two with 2 bathrooms, so it is really convenient for 2 families with kids. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the living room, kitchen, terraces are on 1st floor. There is also a barbecue outside. If you don't want to cook there are taverns and restaurants around in the area, but you'll need to use the car.

No such thing - everything was perfect!

Great place to stay with friends. The house is equipped with everything and is really large with also a big garden. The host, Dimitris, is very kind and available for any eventuality.

You have to be careful of the dirt road that leads to the villa, which, however, is not owned only by the host, who would be willing to renovate it.

Dimitris was the perfect host. He met us and guided us to the villa, which was very private. Surrounded by fruit and olive trees, the villa was just as described. Beautiful. When we arrived, Dimitris gave us a full tour and explained that food in the cupboards was for us to use and the fridge had been filled with water, soft drinks, wine, eggs and milk. We were also left bread, croissants and local sweets. The temperature went up to 38° while we were there, so the air conditioning was awesome. All in all, it was a great location for a holiday. Within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, with excellent public transport.

The house is magnificent! It is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and silence. The yard of the house is vast! Wide spaces, extremely clean and tidy! The owner had prepared everything we needed and even more! We had a great New Years there! I highly recommend for families with children or people who really want to take a break from the hectic everyday life!

It was spacious, tidy, and made with a very good taste. The house is has EVERYHTING one can imagine. Literally everything You could need. The host was very communicative, trustworthy, helpful. Responded to every question of ours and recommended us some very good places/restaurants. I can recommend to everyone who wants a good location with a good price.

There has been one single thing that was a bit worrying travelling with kids, is that the terrace around the house does not have a balustrade/railing. Again, this is worrying only if You travel with little kids. I understand that it would ruin the view of the otherwise beautiful yard.
