It was very cosy. Rooms were big. The owners had managed our request by placing a fan in the hall

Aircon is the rooms were not strong enough. It was very hot. Kind request to the owners to service your aircon and compressor. It was very hot to sleep in.

One room no window Bathroom no washing basin Downstairs Bathroom no hot shower.

My family and I enjoyed the spaciousness. Really great aesthetics and the toilets and rooms were fragrant with freshly added deodoriser bags upon arrival. Location wasn't too far off from Nagoya and Batam malls. Approximately 15 min car ride. Seafood at Harbour Bay approximately 25 min car ride. Grab drivers did not have a difficult time finding us when we booked one to go out a few times and they were all quick to meet us. The kitchen came with crockery, utensils, trash bags, fire extinguisher and basic appliances like pans, chopping board, mugs and knives. We were also provided with 8 bottles of water! Super handy. Each en-suite toilet had shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, two towels, two toothbrush kits, two face towels and a floor rug. Each bedroom had four soft pillows and a comforter. 3 king-sized mattresses and 1 floor queen-sized mattress which I suppose works well for those with young kids. Every bedroom had a different-sized bathroom which was interesting. Tissues in EVERY room. Super convenient. WiFi was working well and consistently for all of us. The air-conditioners were nice and cold for us too. Second floor bedroom with the biggest toilet facing the street was subjected to a neighbour's dog barking from 630am to 730am. Good for heavy sleepers because the curtains were close enough to blackout. Person-in-charge is quick with her responses if within reasonable time.

We only stayed 2 nights, so we are unsure about housekeeping. We did not require housekeeping but might have to check if you're staying longer. The second storey, floor mattress en-suite bathroom has no sink, just toilet and shower area. Kitchen sponge was obviously used (unhygenic) and had no dishwashing soap. Would be nice if some 3-in-1 coffee/tea packets were provided as the location is not close to convenience stores. So either buy in advance or should inform guests that these are not part of the package. By the second day, a sewer-like stench was emanating from the toilets at level 1 (from both the room en-suite and the common toilet). Kind of unpleasant. The deodoriser bags did not seem to be effective by then. We were told only YouTube and local channels were available. But the TV was not working and stopped connecting to YouTube after a short 15 minutes. Two comforters at level 2 had red spots that looked suspiciously like blood. Kind of gross. Hope the bedsheets can be changed or properly checked because it ruined a bit of the nice, soft comfort of the beds. 2 of the level 2 rooms have very thin curtains so if you're a light sleeper, choose a different room because the natural light seeps through.

1st impression is superb! We totally didn't expect it to feel like home. It did! Will return if there's a chance.

An aircon at the living room on the 2nd floor will be great.

complete facilities. Easy check in process and instruction is very clear. good location & neighbourhood. The house decorated nicely with well maintained live plant here & there.

Villa S1/15: The location is pretty accessible as it is near to the main road. There is a nearby mart for you to spend on late-night cravings and munchies. The villa is within a gated community, hence it is safe and there are security guards patrolling the area often.

Villa S1/15: There is only one air-conditioning unit in the living room and it is quite soft, even when set to the lowest temp. and operated from day to night, it does not get as cold at night as you would expect. Kitchen is closed off with doors, and there is no ventilation from the air-conditioning in the living room as well as no fan, kitchen can get quite warm especially when cooking. Water pressure is quite low especially when you have all guests showering at the same time, and some of the toilets' water heater did not function properly at times. Wi-fi connection is pretty weak especially if you are on the 2nd floor of the villa.
