Villa Laksmana Hideaway 2 - Surrounded by water- 2bd villa with fantastic pool!

I liked everything.. Kadek she was helpful to my needs. She's sweet and appreciated her. I loved loved this place..pool was amazing. 2 power outlets need fixing. No Hot water in 2nd bathroom..cool was fine. Bedside table needs fixing everything slides off. Otherwise fantastic location..Larger LAKSMANA VILLA↩️↕️↗️ Needed asap. It was a hassle for Grab to find it..and difficult to explain. I ended up using the coffee shop next store instead. Walking distance to the beach Walking distance to pubs restaurants etc. We loved it. Thankyou kindly

RIEN, les photos sont trompeuses on se dit tous incroyable avec la piscine mais la réalité est celle la, à l'intérieur c'est désastreux, cassé, abimé, dégradé, les équipements sont nuls, les murs fissurés, le carrelage parfois cassé ...

TOUT, je suis arrivé à minuit pour 13 jours, je suis finalement resté moins de 10H, la villa était dans un état catastrophique, il pleuvait et elle était inondée, de l'eau jusqu'aux genoux pour entrer dans la villa les valises sur la tête, à l'intérieur les employés constatent que toute la villa à de l'eau partout, sur les murs, sur le sol, toute une partie inutilisable, salle de bain avec l'eau stagnante, nous nous sommes réfugiés à 3 dans la chambre et elle a également pris l'eau 1h après, il y avait de l'eau dans toute la villa sur tous les sols les murs ... avec l'électricité très dangereux, cette villa n'est pas aux normes c'est très dangereux, je ne comprends pas que BOOKING comme AGODA ou autre ne supprime pas cette établissement, j'ai eu peur pour ma vie j'ai demandé de l'aide à 3h du matin, à 6h j'ai pris une autre location pour être en sécurité avec ma famille (STONES HOTEL à KUTA moins cher et Top), à 9h j'ai enfin eu un membre du staff qui s'est excusé, a pris des photos vidéos et m'a assuré que tout allait être remboursé annulé ... et c'est avec stupéfaction que je reçois un message de booking qui m'informe que la villa refuse le remboursement ... LA VILLA est une ARNAQUE, elle est DANGEREUSE, ne respecte pas les normes de SÉCURITÉ et en plus les responsables sont des MENTEURS, VOLEURS ... ma compagne ma fille de 11 ans et moi étions en DANGER et j'ai averti BOOKING que j'irai jusqu'au procès contre eux pour me faire rembourser, ils doivent bannir ces arnaqueurs, et je suis parti comme lors de mon arrivée, valises sur la tête avec de l'eau jusqu'aux genoux ...

Pool and set up was sick

The rooms are barely insulated and if the curtains aren’t closed the room struggled to get cool. There was no bolted Down safe present to put passports and cash in. The rooms Villa didn’t seem secure with the door that could’ve been pushed open when locked

The villa is in fantastic location just minutes away from everything you need, this was my second stay in this villa and would definitely stay here again

I loved the pool. Although being older we found it hard to get out of. The bedrooms were lovely with outlook over the pool. Kadek our villa cleaner was so sweet and friendly. If there was any issues with the villa the management wasted no time sorting it out. I had my birthday whilst there and recieved a gorgeous cake and flowers which was so lovely from management.

Didnt love the location. Very narrow gang with too much traffic. Not a lot of eating close by. I thought the bathroom was a bit shabby abd the floors were uneven.

Location , value for money we all loved it’s just close to small mum and dad cafe , money changer, homemade pizza place laundry , convenience shop and coffee shop and massage all within 100 metres of the front door the convenience store is 24/7 close to restaurants, but off the main drag .i saw some reviews whinging about the place needs an up date maybe so , but it doesn’t detract from the Villa as a whole some people will never be happy even if you pay them to stay! Come on guys this is Bali I’m giving it 10/10 because we just loved the Villa and wouldn’t consider anywhere else when we come back to Bali

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this place

Easy to collect the keys upon arrival. A representative was waiting for us to arrive at the villa. They gave us a quick run down and left us to holiday. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The management was excellent to communicate with and was very supportive/responsive. The pool was pristine and great sun/shade access. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and a variety of pillows to select from. There was complimentary international plugs and water. The villa has lots of space and privacy. The villa is located a short walk from the main street of Seminyak and close to shops, massage and food. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the villa and location.

The villa needs some maintenance/updating.
