Villa Sweet Home Marija With Heated Pool

The house is a perfect little oasis of calm, you feel safe and secure with locked gates and the garden area and pool is a lovely space. The property is only 2 minutes from cafes, beach, shops and the main split bus stop so it is perfectly situated. The house was spotlessly clean everywhere and spacious. Zana was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking to stay in strobec.

I recently stayed at Sweet Home Marija Villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The villa itself was exceptional—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, making it a perfect retreat for our holiday. The location was ideal, with the beach, supermarket, and bakery all conveniently close by. This made it incredibly easy to enjoy the local amenities without any hassle. What really stood out was the service. The owners were exceptionally polite and demonstrated excellent communication throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Sweet Home Marija Villa provided a wonderful and memorable holiday experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway.

We loved the villa. It was really comfortable and spacious. The pool was brilliant,we swam every day and it was perfect in the mornings and after a long hot day exploring. The games room is brilliant too, a proper man cave! we played lots of darts. The girls played basketball. The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants a short walk away. The local beach is great with the mountains framing the sea. Zana gives brilliant tips and advice on the best places to go. She was very kind and helpful. Try the ice cream and cakes at Orbis and the pizza at Ivo! We ended up getting Ubers to Split because we are lazy and it was only 9 to 12€ but there is a bus stop nearby. Diocletian palace and the grounds/old town and riva are all beautiful with good shopping and places to eat. We spent a day in Brac, Suptar which was a lovely haven, very peaceful and pretty. We had a boat tour of the blue lagoon and Solta and swam/snorkeled. Overall an amazing visit and we hope to be back next year to explore more of the islands! Thank you!

The noise from the tennis courts was a bit too much, especially in the mornings. But we got used to it and it wasn't too bad all the time. The food is nice but I wish they did children's portions in restaurants. Other than those small things, it was perfect!

It exceeded our expectations. Modern, clean, spacious, fully equipped. Eg. There are three bathrooms and 4 toilets in total. Žana went above and beyond to please us. We had a wonderful time with my three generation family. Stobreč is much cheaper then Split and had everything what we needed. Beaches (2 minutes walk), shops, bakery around the corner, good restaurants.

We loved everything but good to know that even though the sleeps 8, if you have guest above 6 it is for an additional cost.

Zana was so lovely and the villa was perfect. The pool was heated and the air conditioning was perfect. The area had some lovely shops and bakeries near the villa so it was easy to get groceries. I would definitely recommend this to everyone :)

I loved everything! The only thing I would change was the wifi worked sometimes but not others. In general, everything was perfect!

The house and facilities were great. Very comfortable and modern. Zana made us so welcome and provided us with great tips and ideas. The pool and outdoor area allowed us to explore Split and also spend time relaxing

Zana is a dream host and her house was just perfect, our home away from home. It has everything we could possibly need to be comfortable. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are huge and comfy and we also found the beautiful wardrobes very useful. It was nice not having to live out of our suitcase. The aircon units are easy to use great as it was very warm during our stay. We particularly loved hanging out in the gardens and dip in the pool which was a great! Zana, i will never forget how you went out of your way to help me personally. Thanks for everything, we look forward to coming back.

good space for 6 or more people

Excellent, just excellent! The villa is beautiful, stylishly furnished, clean and well equipped. The garden and the pool area are beautiful and the pool big enough to swim. The beach is near and a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. There are also many restaurants in the village. It is easy to get to Split, an Uber costs under 10 euros, but there is also a bus stop near and that costs only 2 euros. Special thanks to our smiling and helpful hostess who was there to welcome us and to her charming mother who came to check us out. This place was just worth of every penny, highly recommended!
