Despite the goodwill of the staff, the breakfast is not up to the standard of the place. Perhaps collaborate with one of the nearby restaurants to perhaps offer a premium service for those who can afford to pay a little more.

Staff were very helpful and responsive! They were always contactable and stayed outside tje resort. Felt like we had our own security guards. Location was really good, near the main road in Ubud yet in a quieter street with good spa and decent coffee. We read the reviews about mosquitoes and brought a mozzie coil. That solved the issue. Breakfast tasted good (fruits, toast and an option of eggs/pancakes)

Schoon, veel ruimte, privacy. Goede locatie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker ontbijt.

Niets

Heerlijk huis op een prima plek in Ubud. Je zit aan een drukke straat met een hoop restaurantjes, maar daar merk je niets van in deze oase! Wij waren er met vier kids en ze vonden het geweldig. ‘s ochtends apen in de tuin, rest van de dag zie je ze niet. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar je kon wel elke dag kiezen wat je wilde eten. Personeel is ook super behulpzaam. Zouden hier zeker weer boeken.

Only giving two stars because the gentlemen working there are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The two BR “deluxe” villa is a dump. Stains up and down the walls, pieces of the wall falling off, algae pool and deck, windows cracked, rotting wood. Toilet makes noises 24/7, WiFi goes in and out, no water pressure in one bathroom and hot water about 50% of the time. No amenities for cooking (salt and pepper paper packets only which are useless due to humidity. Lovely smell of burning garbage by the pool. Blood stained mattress. Only a heavy comforter on one bed and only a sheet on another with nothing extra. Mold in the bathrooms. The only thing going for it is it is large which we needed with two tweens. Also the location is not great if you plan to use car service as it is at the end of a one way street for cars, and exit to the main road is an added 15 min. It was quiet at night except Friday was loud due to nearby music but that may be common in city center. Roosters will wake you up at 5 am if you are a light sleeper.

Le personnel souriant et disponible. La villa spacieuse et sa terrasse à débordement, le jardin privé. Située dans une rue vivante proche des rues principales d'Ubud. Nous avions la visite quotidienne de singes dans le jardin, une attraction privée.

Les singes c'est sympa mais pas question de manger sur la terrasse. Eau chaude difficile à régler.
