Luxury Villa Ivona Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Privacy

Amazing villa in the mountains with a warm, welcoming and helpful host, Ivona, greeting you with an assortment of locally produced goodies. Everything is just as nice as in the pictures! The bedrooms are beautifully made with great air conditioning, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, well kept garden and pool area with lots of nice details, big and warm pool and a great outdoor summer kitchen. We stayed two families for one week and made daily trips by car to localities like Ston, Slano and Dubrovnik, which are 20-60 minutes away, for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches and groceries. The sceneries when driving along the roads are really astounding! Compliments to the really stealthy cleaner, who when you wake up in the morning - without us ever noticing - already has been on a visit outside cleaning the pool, washing the dishes, emptying the trash etc, to make the garden ready for the next day! A wonderful place for peace and quiet and to spend quality time with your travelling company.

It was amaizing time at Ivona's villa and everything was perfect. It is perfect place for get away from buisy city. Still so close to Dubrovnik to do daily trip and visit everything. From the villa you can reach plenty places fot daily excursion. Ivona is amaizing and really helpful with all information that we needed on our stay there. House is so clean and with all you need for comfort stay. We are looking forward to come back here and have great time again. We used also daily trip by boat and skipper who was amaizing with recommendation for great restaurant. At the boat they prepared juices, beer, vine and snacks with grapes for us.

Loved everything here. The location is so beautiful. The host is fantastic and the property has everything. We hope to return. The town of Oslje is a beautiful rural setting just over an hour's drive from Dubrovnik airport.

Our journey started all over Croatia from Istria to Dubrovnik😀 The villa met all our expectations The best accommodation where we stayed, the villa is better in person than in the pictures👍👍 We were delighted by the welcome, the owner made an effort to make us feel at home The peace and quiet are priceless and we will be back again👍🫶🏖️

I am glad that we managed to book this villa. The hostess Ivona allowed us to check in early, which was decisive for us. We are friends who wanted to relax with a good barbecue, swimming pool, peace and quiet, and the villa fulfilled all our expectations. The villa is located in a quiet village not far from Slano and Aci marina, where we enjoyed excellent dinners with live music. The hostess was always available and helped us organize a taxi so that we could relax in the evening and go out. Everyone welcomed us in the villa for the beginning of our stay in the house. We had a karaoke party because there was a speaker and a microphone in the house and we were delighted. The villa has absolutely everything and is very clean, pool towels are changed and robes, shampoos absolutely everything... Kudos to the hostess and her father for the wine and figs. I'll be back again for sure

The pool was great and it was cleaned every day. The outdoor kitchen area was lovely and very well set up with a fridge, gas hob and its own cutlery and crockery. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided some of her homemade wine, oil etc as well as some lovely food.

There was a slight smell of smoke in the upstairs lounge area so we kept the windows open in the day to air it out.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful picturesque setting. Ivona and her family welcomed us wonderfully and the host Ivona was always available to answer our questions about what to visit, where to eat and what she recommends. The villa is the same as in the pictures. Good kitchen and bathroom equipment make you feel at home. Perfectly clean swimming pool (the cleaning lady cleans it every morning) and a picturesque area for barbecue and relaxation. Shops and bakeries are about a 20-minute drive from the villa, but it wasn't a problem for us because the villa has everything to prepare meals (we were delighted with the machine for making fresh bread). Ivona, thank you and your family for everything and we will surely see each other again.

The house and its contents are modernly decorated with a lot of love and warmth. The villa is located in a quiet location and you can relax in great privacy. The pool and outdoor area, summer kitchen (wine fridge, stove and grill) are great. For me and my family, the pool is a place of complete relaxation (lying on a deckchair, drinking a cocktail or homemade white and red wine from Ivona) All rooms have air conditioning and smart TV with Netflix, Android and satellite channels. On the ground floor there is also a sauna for additional relaxation, where you will be greeted with a robe and cosmetics. Ivona is an excellent hostess, extremely kind, accommodating and always available. Ivona welcomed us with a welcome drink (domestic wine, liqueurs and domestic olive oil) You should definitely try it and you can buy as much as you want. We chose Villa Ivona as our accommodation because it met all our expectations and every day we went on a trip to the surrounding towns of Ston (15 minutes drive), Mostar (1 hour drive), the center of Dubrovnik (45 minutes drive), Spilja Vjetrenica (30 minutes driving) Ivona organized a trip with her speedboat for us, every recommendation I definitely recommend that you take the offer of a trip with a skipper. The villa has its own eco garden where guests use local vegetables. Ivona pampered and took care of us too much and we will surely return to this precious peace again.

The villa is lovely and location is great for a peaceful recoup after a really busy week pervious. 20 minuets by car and you will be in Ston with lots of good restaurants, and Dubrovnik is an hour away. The host was lovely reaching out to us periodically to ensure everything was ok and even sorted our parking ticket for us.

The Villa is over 2 floors, with the top floor having 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom and the main living room. Down stairs is the third bedroom, big kitchen and another bathroom. the connection between the top floor and lower floor is via outside steps at the back of the property so both parts of the villa have separate entrances. While this is quite normal in Croatia it was a little bit of a surprise if your traveling with small children this could cause an issue. The only other thing I would add is either fans or aircon in the bedrooms, as they did get hot (both floors do have AC but not in the bedrooms)
