Villa EMMA | heart of Seminyak | 350m Beach

Putu and his team were so lovely, they were very accomodating with our requests, helpful work any questions we had and waited for us despite arriving after midnight. They made the stay very easy for us!

The cleanliness and very nice PIC/owner made me feel at home. I enjoyed the moment with the kids in the pool.

The water tap is salty. The cat will come in from outside through the rooftop on and off and eat the food on the table.

House keeper Iluh was lovely and helpful. The pool was very convenient and location well for us right near eat street We needed 3 bedrooms so the layout was good too

An option for one of the bedrooms to be twin beds instead of 3 doubles Detailed cleaning didnt happen between guests - there was dirt and shoes left under the lounges and food residue on the bin from previous guests no cleaned properly. Tiles had broken off the pool

the place is really as per advertised and as per in pictures. the location in near (walking distance) to the beach, nightlife in seminyak and convenience store. the rooms are comfortable, clean and the villa is fully equipped with cooking utensils.

the tap water is slightly salty(?) and a bit more to hard water feeling. since we are a group of 7pax, we are using van with driver. the road / alley to the villa is very narrow. need to have a really skilful driver. the housekeeping could do a bit more effort in changing the towels as apparently they didn’t change it everyday.

Everything was good

Amazing location. Pool was lovely. Good sized rooms. Air conditioning worked great. Staff fabulous.

Be great to have mosquito coils as many mosquitoes and nets. Was hard to organise excursions as many couldn’t find it.

Big layout. Great size bedrooms. Good Aircon. Walking distance to shops.

This Villa could be a very nice Villa like the photos show. However, we (family of 7 who stayed) agree that this Villa needs some TLC! Lawns not mowed, kitchen utensils not the cleanest (some with rust). No extra blankets or sheets at all. Only 1 TV in the whole Villa.

In a good location. Spacious and great value . Love the tv room daybed.

They demanded cash and I booked with a credit card 😡 So annoying to get that much cash out in Bali . I also had to wait around for him to pick It up and he was super late. Lovely people but annoying to say the least !!
