"good value for money for a group or family in a good location"

location walking distance to cafes and beaches and main strip. pool was nice on a sunny day, filtered water available, iron and ironing board available. spacious

address is very hard to find only appears on Apple Maps, wrong address listed on booking.com and the website so keep this in mind to get the correct address before you travel. we were sent the correct address on the day of staying but was a bit too late as some of the group were already there / had arrived at the wrong property but luckily was not too far away

the lay out of the villa is good and it's proximity to the beach, finding the location was difficult because there are no signed anywhere to be found.

payment arrangement was not clear, there are cockroaches in some areas and the owner doesn't provide us with baygon or other spray to get rid of it, also no heads up on the cat so we leave the food on the table which ended up on the floor.

the location. close to the kudeta beach, it was a walking distance

how rundown the place is. kitchen appliances were old and rusty. the location of the villa is so hidden and it was hard to find from the main road.
