It is a spacious clean place. It is nice to have the kitchen and seating area right next to the private pool. It is surrounded by nature and rice fields, we saw lots of animals and little creatures. The manager helped with the luggage and can be easily contacted by whatsapp.

It is quite a long walk to reach the property: you can drive to Bintang Supermarket, then need to cross some rice fields and a jungle path. The two bedrooms are not connected, but you need to enter them through the outside doors - not ideal for a family. The floor outside is very slippery when wet, so especially children have to be careful not to slip and slide directly into the pool.

The house was comfortable, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower. Supermarket nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the house is not easy, it takes 5 minutes for a not very nice walk, it is far from the main street, and if you don't like insects it is not a recommendable place. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the centre.

Clean. Private. Good staff

The good thing was that it was a very quite secluded property with all arrangements for a family/group to stay that one can think of. Host is friendly.

The property is quite inside from the main road such that one needs to walk for about 5-10mins through rice fields and a parking lot of a supermarket. Carrying luggage or a small baby is very difficult especially at night as the road is narrow, so inaccessible by any vehicle and few serpents on the way (we came across a snake). Host also offers taxi services to tourist attractions but quotes very high prices (unfortunately we did not bargain and used his services for 2 days but on the 3rd and 4th day we used another taxi driver who was at least 20-30% cheaper). One more thing, while we were getting dropped by a taxi driver on our arrival day from airport - the taxi driver asked us to pay 20% more than what we had agreed on at the airport - when we arrived at the property, the host kind of collaborated with the airport taxi driver and made us shell out this extra amount - which was in very poor taste as it was very evident that the taxi driver was fleecing us.

All the things were fabulous. The village was really clean and the owner was very respectfull and gentle.

Pool

Rubbish was not cleared. Toiletries are not being refilled as requested. Spiderwebs on top of the bed. Mosquito repellent was not refilled upon request.

Once you get to the villa it’s pretty and a good price for two bedrooms.

- Access to the property was a 5 min walk on uneven paths, sometimes flooded, through a field, unlit and felt very unsafe at night - Toilet was broken on arrival and was not advised of this. We used it and was then told it was broken and would be repaired - Despite having booked and paid for the entire two bedroom villa, the host tried to put us in one bedroom (with the broken toilet) and the keep the other room locked - please be advised there is no security gate so anyone who walks down the path can gain access. The only locks are on the bedrooms themselves which felt very unsafe. - Safety deposit boxes in the rooms were inaccessible. - we had to request a hairdryer despite this being a facility included in the villa. - the villa is next to a working property so on our first day we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing day by the pool with heavy machinery noise all day - we received no complimentary fruit, another offering stated on the properties description we didn’t receive
