The villa was overall nice and modern, quiet location, it has an equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking dinner for ourselves, the pool was pretty big and nice. There is a TV on the terrace where you can put on music.

The negative aspect is the cleaning: the bed sheets did not feel clean nor fresh, the towels had stains and did not smell good either, we ended up buying our own towels. Couldn't use the bath tub either because it was dirty. The breakfast was poor, for example an English Breakfast came only with scrambled eggs and some bread (only 1 day it came with a tiny sausage). I also noticed the staff sweeping the terrace directly into the pool.

Property was lovely. Nice looking, clean, fairly close to the center of Ubud (10 mins on the scooter). Food was good also & last but not least the people looking after us were the kindest!

"Bad experience ever with almost Aud 170 spend here"

Location in remote area the road so narrow. The villa is not clean and many insects.surrounding is dusty and noisy because just beside the villa there is big construction building going on. Amenities so old even towel got hole. Living room no air con so hot if you are watching TV. Just the bed room got air con. At night no staff and no reception
