The setting of this is very beautiful directly in the rice fields and the architecture of the little huts is very cute

- No reception, you need to message someone on WhatsApp to arrange for them to come and give you the keys. They didn't respond at first, and it took a while to actually get into the property. - There are mosquito nets on the bed, but otherwise it's very open. Even though I took a lot of care with the mosquito net, I still ended up with a lot of insects in my bed (including an ant invasion on my pillow). Also almost got a heart attack when a frog almost jumped on me while going to the toilet in the middle of the night 😂 - A bit hard to find, you will need to walk a little bit with your luggage if coming by car. I didn't mind that, but it might deter others. - I stayed in a hut with a hot pool, but there was no hot water. I asked the guy, and he said that the hot tub had hot water, but the shower/sink didn't, and he came by to fix it. However, there was still barely any hot water for the hot tub and it was barely warm at all. - Breakfast was not great. - I visited in December and without air con it was just way too hot and humid - there is a fan, but it barely made any difference. - I found it quite overpriced to other places in the area considering the lack of amenities. If it would be closer to $50 (AUD) per night, I think that would be more reflective of the level of service/facilities. - As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel super safe

I loved my stay at Ipian. I traveled solo for a weekend and the room was super clean.. I really don't get the bad reviews, I'm very specific when it comes down to cleaning and you can tell, unlike most places, that the owner is maintaining it very well. I expected to be dealing with some insects indoors, but I didn't even get one mosquito bite. If you're looking for a calm place to stay to enjoy nature, this is the place! I literally didn't leave for the entire weekend, because I enjoyed soaking up the view so much! Thank you, Ipian. I will be back!

It was sublime and the view is just incredible. The room, the bed, the shower is so cool! And a staff always perfect

It’s not a bad point because at least you don’t hear anymire but the frogs at night is a bite loud ( that s the nature we can do nothing)
