Total immersive experience in nature. The villa has a very beautiful view of Mount agung from afar and surrounded by beautiful rice terrace. It is a peaceful retreat in nature.

1) Check in process can be more efficient - we need to wait for someone to escort us in the villa. The check in instruction did not indicate where to wait for the check-in process 2) Cleaniness - there are dead insects inside the room when we arrived, which should have been cleaned up 3) Staff responsiveness - staff are not responsive in whatsapp

The Boho themed huts were aesthetically pleasing. However not so practical or catering to basic needs. They may be good for someone who just wants pretty photos.

1. Did not mention that there is a long pathway to reach the villa, and they do not provide any sort of pick up Service. The pathway is broken. And runs from in between partly construction and partly rural accommodation. 2. The doors to the huts were never secure. There was always gaps and it also was a struggle to open and close. 3. Because it is in the middle of a rice field there were snakes big lizards and a lot of tiny insects. There has been no made to keep safe from them. The hertz do not have any sort of protection from outside animals 4. The area is not well lit at all. We did not have sufficient lights inside the huts as well as had to use our torches to get to them or Travel between different huts. 5. Because there were no pathways between the two hearts as a result it was very difficult to carry luggage, as mentioned in the previous point because of insufficient light on the pathway it was full of snakes and lizards. Which popped right out of the water any time of the day or night. If in any case you got a snakebite there were no hospitals close by. 6. The description also mentions a dining area. However buy this they mean just a chair and a small table outside your hut. There is no designated dining space. There is also a lack of basic amenities in the hut and the property to keep your luggage safe, to charge your devices, or to simply just put your belongings for access. 7. We booked one of the more expensive rooms which had a harness and a swimming tub outside. All other rooms have amenities to have hot water in them but this one was just open. When we woke up in the morning there were so many insects in the tub that it was difficult to get it cleaned. What is the point of paying extra money And not being able to use that tub outside.

It was clean

The location is very bad, with no direct road to the hotel. 500 meters from main road, there is narrow path that can only accessed on foot, and we were expected to carry our luggage to that place, in rain, in the middle of fields, during the night.

There wasn’t any real instructions on how to check in, we arrived in the dark and didn’t know you couldn’t drive to the entrance of the property so struggled to actually find it and then had to call someone for someone to actually arrive and check us in

The location was good, bit more out of town than expected but very nice and quiet overlooking the rice fields.

Need a floor mat for door entries as gets quit slippery when wet, didn’t know about the walk to the rooms along the rice fields so wasn’t prepared to take our suitcases all the way there at first.

Nothing at all

This review is based purely on my personal experience. To reach this property, you have to walk approximately 300 meters with your luggage as it is not accessible by car. Contrary to the pictures, it does not feel like a safe property—anyone can access the room allocated to you at any time. There are numerous openings around the room, allowing anything from the nearby paddy fields to enter. The noise from the paddy fields also makes it difficult to sleep properly. I initially booked a two-day stay but left after one day and moved to another property.
