They have to configure maximum people on their online travel agent account (property listed) so there will be no missing information when people book this property, unfortunately this is disappointing

Location and outdoor space was perfect, the staff were amazing and accommodating

Rock solid bed, not the most comfortable. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, as falling apart and unclean

Loved the location was very central to everything and at the Villa it was so quiet, felt like you were miles away. There was 2 King beds and one double bed, double bed was in the room that went out to the pool. The kitchen had a blender which was great for cocktail making. Great coffee place just outside the Villa.

The beds were hard but everything else was amazing

I liked the outdoor space and your staff, Wayan and Made, were just wonderful

I didn’t like the lack of facilities - especially in comparison to your advertising. There were no dressing robes, there was no hot tub, there was only ONE hairdryer between the three rooms, there were hardly any clotheshangers, and as for the safe - what goes on there, it was able to be removed and therefore pointless. We all had to carry our cash and valuables with us at ALL times which was super inconvenient. Toiletries, insufficient, should be both bodywash and handwash in each bathroom, as well as conditioner for hair. The linen could do with replacement as there were multiple stains, the towels also require updating. For the $$ paid I feel these things should be immediately addressed.

Breakfast good, staff excellent.

The place had a chilled vibe about it and you felt that you were an oasis by being surrounded by long grass and greenery, with the added bonus of being 5-10 min walk away from the hive of activity that Seminyak has to offer.

We had no negative experiences

Love the pool, spacious layout of living area, multiple couches to relax, spacious dining table, cleanliness, level of service from our two delightful hosts who couldnt do enough to help us, location etc etc

Bathroom very dark and would be great to have full length mirror in bedroom.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and even organised balloons and a cake for a special birthday we had. The villa was beautiful, pool was clean and good sun throughout the day. lots of seating options. It was by far the best villa I have ever stayed in.

The poolside bathroom had a bad odour, which is not uncommon for Bali, but because it was the entry to the bedroom it was very obvious. The beds were on the firm side which did not suit everyone.
