The sheer size of this place is unbelievable

The next door dogs barking from 1am in the morning.

What a beautiful, large villa in a very nice neighborhood in Lovina. Everything was very clean, 4 bedrooms ready to be used, spread out over 2 separate buildings. The garden was big, our kids had fun playing there. One of the best bakeries in town (Buddha Bakery) within walking distance, which was convenient for breakfast. We have scooters and it took us a 5 minute scooter ride to get to the beach and the center of Lovina . You could walk, but it’s not ideal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in Lovina 🙏

Nothing really. Just convenient to know that 2 bedrooms are separate from the main building, across the garden. Not ideal with young kids, because they’ll be in another building. We ended up using only the 2 bedrooms in the main house because of this.

Rather dated especially the bathrooms, plastic over open grates above doors and windows was a little off putting.

Amazing villa for our sole use, beautiful garden setting with pool. Great neighbourhood with friendly and engaging locals. Nice variety of nearby places to eat. Comfortable and clean and well set up with everything you need. We enjoyed Putu’s cooking class which was nearby. Indah was great for helping with whatever we needed. The property was so enjoyable to be at that do not go out and do many activities.

Amazing location, within walking distance to warungs. Spacious rooms, all equipped perfectly. The staff is the best ever, and offer great services!

The house it big, actually it has 4 bedrooms, which I don't understand why was not specified. The garden is lush, pool is nice although i am sure it needs some treatment/cleaning, as it was a little "blurry" Location was perfect, close to everyting, restaurants, beach etc by scooter, but you definitely need a scooter/car Has a room for massage only, and they have good contacts for cheap massage Beds are super comfy. Would definitely stay here again even with the dislikes I will detail below.

Cleaning should be improved, mostly in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. And kitchen needs cutlery (I almost didn't find none) and some cups and plates, new pan and some oil, salt, pepper, sugar. Two of the bedrooms (in the smaller house) have water/mold infiltrated in the walls, the paint was falling off in some spots only by touching it. They should do a rapid intervention because the house is so lovely that I would still recommend you to rent it but some improvements would go a long way. The other 2 bedrooms in the main house were in perfect shape, no mold. I am sure my - list will help them improve so don't let it discourage you to stay here, it was super wow.

Everything perfect: amazing property with two beautiful houses (enough space for 8 people) and a private pool. The kitchen was really well equipped, spacious living room, everything super clean, AC worked well. Indah even cooks for you (she makes great banana pancakes!) if you pay a little extra. She always responded quickly whenever we had a question. They also organized trips and a driver for us to get to Ubud. Just 5 minutes by foot there’s a good restaurant around the corner (and many good warung on the Main Street) and it’s just 15 min walking to the beach. Had also an amazing dolphin tour and snorkeling tour here, so we would definitely come back and stay here again!
