Location is great for our stay.

The cleanliness was poor. This is not the first time qe stay at Jackson Villa and have to say quite disappointed in the cleanliness. The host attended to each of our request to attempt rectifying the problem. The amenities is quite old and may need an upgrade.

breakfast was very poor i didnt like what they served i went a shop to buy my food... location was ok

what they advertise is completely wrong. first on arrival they didnt have wifi i had to wait one hour while they went to connect with their provider ... second the tv in the room didnt even work .. towels and bedsheets was not changed at all. if i didnt pay already my fee to the villa ... i would have work out .... i left 2 days earlier because i didnt like the place... i just left them a letter stating i am going ..... this hotel should not even be in booking.com ... now i am afraid of using booking .com.... just incase another hotel or villa is the same conditions ..... i wasted my money in this place and really booking. com should repay my money
