Басен в семейном номере не чистый ,хотя на остальных вилах я посмотрела они были все чистые видно был сломан , нам не повезло , а семейный там один , но переселится не могли так как нам нужно было 2 комнаты! На завтрак булочки вкусные !) а семейный там один

The stuff was really kind, they managed to decorate the swimming pool (with flowers) and the room for my friend’s birthday. Communication with Jensen was great and his service was amazing (he provided us with medications when we were feeling sick).

The roads to get there were a bit narrow.

Beautiful villa, private, comfortable beds, beautiful garden

Only 2 extremely uncomfortable chairs provided for a 4 persons villa, with 3 guests booked. We didn't end up enjoying the villa and felt we had to go out as we couldn't find a spot to relax, unwind and read/chat comfortably there. A couch, a daybed, more cushions would have made it better and more homely. Leaky taps and bad plumbing, damp uninviting bathrooms with mold growing everywhere, unhygienic and unsafe bathroom floors with loose stones covering the floor (wobbly, always wet and can't be actually clean). No spare toilet tissue, no hand soap in one of the 2 bathrooms, ceiling leaking into the bathtub - really dodgy/dirty looking bathtub that we didn't feel safe to soak into. Breakfast really limited and comprising of only pastries (lots of it) and bottled oj. Was hoping for even a little bit of fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices. Badly appointed kitchenette: no oven/microwave to reheat leftovers, no pot, dirty fridge, old and dirty dishcloth. You couldn't cater for a family in this villa, as not enough seating and cooking ustensiles. Three light bulbs not working and only changed on your last day there (pool, by mirror in bedroom, and deck) Rooms are really dark. Multiple tiles laying at the bottom of the pool. Pool not cleaned as part of "daily cleaning". Ended up quite tired as very noisy roosters and dogs having a blast at night right next door. Lovely staff, really trying to please but really didn't understand a word of English. No way to communicate and sort out any issues with them. This place needs a little more care and daily attention to be great.

Everything was good with the price. May be one small issue the bathtub drain outlet was not working smoothly in one of the room.

Très belle villa,toute est propre,personnel à l'écoute est aux services durant notre séjour. Bonne emplacement. Je recommande vivement cette villa green zone ubud.

La villa era molto ben rifinita e la piscina ideale per due persone. Immersa nel verde la struttura è ben gestita da Jens, che coordina il suo giovane e cordiale staff ed è sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Abbiamo sperimentato anche un massaggio direttamente a “casa” e cenato sulla terrazza. La posizione non è centrale rispetto alla caotica Ubud, ma con gli autisti di Grab si arriva in 25 minuti. Tutto perfetto!

Attenzione per chi non ama svegliarsi con i galli al mattino!

庭は建物はチャーミングでした。

寝具がジトっと湿っていて、2泊中にたくさんのノミに刺されました。わたしたち以外に客はおらず、換気がうまくできていないような気がしました。3泊の予定でしたが、2泊で他の場所にうつりました。

La deco, charmante et traditionnelle, la piscine, la verdure. De nombreux services et activités sont proposés (restaurant avec un service de navette gratuit, trip : cascade, rizière, plantation de café, temple (un peu trop touristique mais très bien)

Manque de propreté : draps avec des taches de sang, des insectes morts, des cheveux mais lorsque j’ai fais part de l’information vers 9pm le problème a été réglé immédiatement. Les armoires en bois étaient rongées par des termites et grinçaient énormément. Il n’y avait pas de service de nettoyage de chambre quotidien.
