Villa Moorea : Tropical Vibes - 3 min from beach

Great location, love that each room has an ensuite. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

Only 1 hairdryer in the entire property, the living area is not enclosed so mosquitos can be a bit of an issue but the staff did provide some incense to burn - would recommend to bring repellant. The air conditioning doesn’t quite get cool enough especially for warmer nights.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean and the staff who made breakfast were so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others! :)

Location and Tina. The property would be amazing like pics if it was maintained

No Seaview , no 24 hour reception, no bar, no where to leave luggage and no fresh fruit. No view out the baths, smelly water from all baths ( they fixed 1 bath) taps not working properly in the baths. No outdoor cinema, no hot tub, kitchen works tops need replacing and ants all over them all the time and on sun beds sofa. Rats in the villa every evening ( at this point I couldn’t be bothered to let owner know) All views out of bathrooms absolutely nothing like booking.com pics. Breakfast $25 each which is more expensive than Australia Perth. The owner should have updated booking.com with everything that is different from wrote up which is a lot. This property is perfect for party people as it’s in the perfect location and the beach clubs are amazing. If this property was well maintained it would be worth the money for sure. This is the most we have paid for a villa in Bali so we were expecting it to be amazing like pics. The owner told me villa was trashed before we got there but this is a lie as when I went back a few months I saw a few of the same complaints.

We did not have breakfast at the property. We did make tea and coffee. got fruits & bread from a local store. We had certain issues which were resolved by the host. The location was too good ..close to restaurants and spas. The housekeeping staff was good.

two rooms were on the first floor, so its difficult to climb steep steps as most of us were above 60 years. The property charges are high compared to other properties nearby.

The villa is a really cool place to stay, close to everything!!! A mention to Tina, really friendly and helpful, with her we felt like home❤️Raccomanded😊

Style/Deco/Pool Position Housekeeper Everything really

Villa is beautifully laid out and gorgeously decorated with well thought of fixtures. Although if you have small children I would not feel comfortable leaving them in the rooms as the rooms are very separated from main bedroom Great location and down a very quite road considering we were so close to the main road. Tina was amazing and would always help with anything we needed.

Property is in need of some maintenance. Curtains were falling off railing and hanging on floors. Doors didn’t close properly as they were all warped and some doors and windows have started to disintegrate. Couch could do with a clean

Location was excellent, lovely pool, very clean.

Projector for movies on the roof top wasn’t working and the property does not overlook rice paddies as per the photos but a construction site.
