Relax Bali Villas

Good location. Cold beer in the fridge. Both bedrooms had bathrooms.

Pool wasn’t very clean. Shower and toilet in one bathroom didn’t work.

Everything.. small n simple but still spacious we don need huge hse or villa this is just good. Am glad n happly my children love n happy.. very close to shop n good staff we met sally. The place is clean too

Cleanliness was not there. Had to request for cleaning multiple times. Staff came after multiple calls for toilet but pool still remained dirty. Pool and toilet were dirty.

Location was great , nice clean villa

The only issue we could say was that the shower pressure is ridiculous, none what so ever.

The kitchen appliances and utensils are all rusty. the power adapters for kettle etc were faulty and broken. NO water pressure at all for showers the pump for improving pressure was not working. (I’ve seen dripping garden taps with more pressure). Booklet stated cleaner comes every 2 days, she came day 2 and 7. She took all but 2 bath towels on day 7 (for 6 people). she also offered laundry service on day 7 and lied about weight to charge more than double. There is a dog in access lane way everyday all day that growls and barks as you walk past and follows you making you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Drivers have trouble finding the address, you are best to go to start of lane and meet in front of Boss Hotel.

This place was excellent. We stayed here with our.kids for 4 nights. The beds were comfy the A/C was top notch. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was gorgeous. The location is great very quiet spot but close to circle k and a great massage place. The host was a very good communicator and everything was perfect despite the usual Jetstar late arrivals. We will stay here again!
