Hevea Villas

The vila was lovely and large, spotlessly clean, bright, airy and spacious. It was a treat to all have our own huge ensuite (our teenagers loved this)! The generous sized sparkling clean pool and gardens were immaculate. The villa was extremely well provisioned with all we could desire, including an espresso machine. The location (just off 'Eat Street' in Seminyak and a 15 min walk to the beach was ideal. We were blown away by the incredible service at Hevea Villas. We felt so well cared for by our lovely butler Ayu, so much so that we have returned for our third stay at Hevea! Ayu couldn't have done more to care for us and her very personal and professional approach was so appreciated and a real treat. The whole Hevea team offer exceptional service including Ardita the manager, Ardi the driver, the security and gardening teams. We have stayed in Bali many times and hope we can keep returning to Hevea.

服務非常好～管家、司機或是其他人員都很好，對於我們的需求也能夠很迅速的回覆。 早餐非常好吃！！！！住宿位置雖然在巷子裡面，但走到大路上非常近，而且附近就有便利商店，非常方便。

Picture perfect villa in brilliant central location 3 mins walk to Eat St and 10 mins walk to the beach. Condition is absolutely as per the photos. Beautiful gardens, amazing pool, super clean, top notch facilities. A huge thank you to Ketut who looked after us, cooked fabulous breakfasts and did his best to accommodate our requests (gluten free bread for me, Vegemite for my friend). The late checkout made life so much easier for us and we thank management for their kindness. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back, sooner rather than later.

There is nothing not to love about this accommodation.

The staff was exceptional. They treated us really well.

Location is a problem. Difficult to get a cab into the street, it is so narrow. The Villa is big but its physical condition is visibly deteriorated. Rusty metal everywhere, walls need painting, bathrooms need retiling.

Alles super und hatten sogar einen eigenen Koch morgens.

Sherley made our stay wonderful! She came in the mornings and cooked us breakfast and was available at all times if we needed anything!

One of the sliding doors in the villa kept getting jammed and I caught my thumb in it which was painful!

المكان في قبل مدينة سيمينياك مسبح جميل والعمال كانوا رائعين

النظافة ليست في أحسن أحوالها والمكان بصفة عامة بحاجة إلى إعادة تهيئة لا توجد خيارات كثيرة لفطور الصباح كما أنه لا يأتيك جاهز وليس لديهم مطعم او قاعة مخصصة وإنها يأتي العامل كل يوم صباحا لمطبخ الفيلا ويقضي حوال 20 دقيقة في إعداد الفطور رغم أنوا العامل لطيف جدا وليس لدي ضده اي انتقادات ولكن تواجده في الفيلا كل يوم لإعداد وجبة الفطور ينتهك الخصوصية ويعتبر ازعاج
