Hevea Villas

Stayed in 3 bed villa with private pool in a quiet location just away from the main street in Seminyak. Very clean and spacious rooms, beds were turned down every evening and mosquito nets round the 4 poster beds prepared and sprayed. Air conditioning was in every room. Breakfast was prepared in our kitchen by chef Ayu and it was fantastic. The choice of food was vast with no need for lunch after the spread that was laid on. Fresh fruit platters full of different fruits everyday where Ayu let us sample some of the local fruits including snake fruit, dragon fruit and jack fruit as well as making us some Balinese cakes which were delicious. The Nasi goreng and poached eggs on toast with bacon were our favourite dishes, all cooked by Ayu to perfection. She also cleaned our rooms daily and was very knowledgeable about trips we could take from the villa. Ayu laid out the sun beds with towels each day and nothing was too much trouble for her and the other staff who were all excellent. Thank you Ayu for your hard work during our stay.

We rented villa no. 2 for 6 nights, out of a total of 17 nights of our vacation and I can say without a doubt that this was the best accommodation, meaning not only the most balanced price-quality ratio, but also in terms of comfort in all its aspects - cleanliness, facilities, location. In short, we were met at the airport by the villa's driver and transported to the villa where, although it was 9 pm, we were greeted by the butler (Putu) with a smile on our faces, fresh fruit and a welcome refreshing drink. The entire accommodation exudes a perfect Provencal - colonial style, with attention to detail, Spacious bedrooms each with dressing room and attached bathroom, a fabulous pool surrounded by lush plants, with towels and sun loungers and an open living room with TV, sofas, kitchen, dining area and another outdoor bathroom. Every morning the butler prepared breakfast and organized our excursions for the next day. Mosquitoes are a problem, but we were offered solutions. The location is very quiet and with 24/7 security. Regarding the location, it was perfect for us, IT IS close to the main street with shops and the beach (we went to Potato Club) but also to one of our favorite restaurants (Mamasan Bali 💓). Many and cheap taxis (Blue bird) as they came out on the main street. The entire staff, starting with the butler, driver, housekeeper and security and protection, is professional, discreet and obliging, which we thank from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏 Congratulations to the manager for the organization.

Hevea villas is in the perfect location! Away from the chaos of the Main Street it feels like a quiet oasis but close enough and so convenient to all the restaurants, bars, shopping and day spas. The staff were great. Our butler was so accommodating and cooked a fabulous breakfast every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and nothing was too much trouble. He guided us with advice on places to go and arranged transport.

Hevea Villa was our Oasis from the hustle of Seminyak. Wonderful staff, amazing location and a fabulous place to unwind and relax with friends and family. Because we were travelling with friends staying in the adjacent villa, we could socialise in the villa without being crowded. Our butler Putu was so helpful and made yummy breakfasts every morning catering to our needs.

So big Villa and clean . Pool was perfect and location is central. Breakfast is delicious and variety of choices . Stuff Suci was so Nice , friendly and helpful . She made our stay better and we really loved the place because of her attitude and politeness. Overall it’s good choice and highly recommended.

It’s better to live there with bikes it’s much easier.

Very pretty villa. Lovely spacious rooms. the pool is a delight to frolick in. the location is very good. near the main street and yet away from the crowd.

Beautiful pool, lots of space (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), full kitchen with an amazing butler! Huge breakfast spread every morning. The location was great - very quiet as it was a block back from the main street, and only a 5min walk down the lane to all the great restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast was awesome - Suchi (butler) made it our stay awesome - the pool was excellent/ the rooms were very comfortable - the property is beautiful and soothing
