Villa Sha San Gar

Everything! The location was amazing. We had our own private beach. The staff greeted us with juice and fruit for the boys in the middle of the night. They set up adventures for us and made our stay spectacular. We especially enjoyed playing around the private pool with the option to go to the beach as well. The boat tour they set up for us was so amazing. The diver took us over a spectacular reef and helped our son when he was tired. He found beautiful shells for the boys and pointed out cool sea creatures.

The car that picked us up from the airport was a bit unsafe (no working seatbelts in the back) But, he fixed it during our stay so we felt better with our small children.

We have been at the Villa Sha San gar for 14 days and we enjoyed this vacation very much, we had a very relaxing time, the staff in the house made sure of it. The villa itself is a bit away from restaurants and stores, but just because of that it was nice and quiet there. The staff (thanks to Asih and her team) came by in the morning to make a great American (and once a Bali) breakfast , including smoothies, fresh fruit and juices. After cleaning our rooms, we were asked when we will need the complimentary taxi to bring us to any place we prefer (usually we went to the Buda Bakery and restaurant), and afterwards we were picked up again, thanks to the coordination from Asih and her team we were never stranded anywhere, the entire team is phantastic. They also helped us to plan some trips by getting us a driver for the whole day, and not to forget they also had someone who brought us to look at some dolphins in the morning by boat. The Villa itself is not one of the newer ones, some things could be repaired or updated, but this was not a big thing to us, the house is huge, the location is great, the pool, the house and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, the AC worked, the kitchen has a Coffee maker, a smoothie maker, a big fridge and freezer, we were happy.

The beach (although being really just next to the property) was the only negative thing, a lot of plastic garbage. We went up the beach some more, but this is really a problem of this entire area. It was a shame, because the ocean was so incredibly warm.

All staff are so friendly. And the villa is really comfortable.

No hair dryer. No shampoo. No body soap.

A cracker simple and spaciuous all day sun on the pool ticked all our boxes
