We stayed two nights in the incredible Avatar house and had experience we won’t forget! Truly special. Very well designed. The villa and views were beautiful with lots of value added things like the gowns, games etc. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. This all therefore made it feel premium. I’d highly recommend overall and would return.

I’d have given a 10 overall but the food was a huge let down. Overpriced for what you get portion size and quality wise. Much of the food wasn’t freshly prepared (either prepped the night before or it was frozen) and tasted bad. There were also inconsistencies with the portion size and taste of dishes we ordered several times. If possible, we’d have loved to have extended to a 3rd night but the food was really not enjoyable so we were put off even asking. For the price and luxury feeling, you’d expect them to take the food seriously and to ensure food is fresh even if it means simplifying their menu which currently has lots of variety. On several occasions they forgot to deliver items with the food (eg. Salad dressing, milk, cutlery) so attention to detail could be improved. For the price of the villas the additional 20% tax on everything seems excessive and a bit cheeky. For example even though the bath is advertised at 500k it’s actually 600k including the tax and so on..
