Bukit Dago Palace 22

The whole ambience of the house was amazing. I love the way the house were designed, and how it was decorated. The size of the house can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. The location was good as there are alot of shops nearby the area. The facilities and the things provided were very thoughtful. Communication has been smooth from the start, and the staffs were friendly, and accommodating.

I came with 5 families with children. Although there were 7 rooms, not everyone were able to sleep comfortably in the room as some rooms have single bed only. Thus, some familes had to squeeze on the single bed, or resulting in sleeping on the couch. That aside, not all rooms has aircon. While aircon blowers were provided, feedback by my families was that the sound can be quite loud at night. Therefore, some of them wouldn't sleep well due to the noise on the first night, and switching off the blower on the following night.

Super huge property. Ample parking space. Comfy living rooms. Clean kitchen. And many many toilets.

The queen size bed in the room next to the pool is lumpy. Makes my back ache when I wake up. The rest is good.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, and the blankets were less washed.

Een geweldig verblijf in het drukke Bandung. Wij hebben genoten van het zeer ruime huis, het zwembad en de service. Hadden wat hulp nodig bij het boeken van de trein naar Yogjakarta en daar werd alle tijd voor genomen.
