Villa Jae

Location was quite good and it was nice to have so much privacy amongst the hustle and bustle of a very populated district

The water tasted of salt

The location was fantastic, easy walk to everything. The villa itself was spacious with a great pool and seating. The staff were fantastic, Gede was always on hand to answer questions and went above and beyond to look after us. We loved the extra touches and family friendliness of the villa with pram,high chair, cot and pool fence all included. Bonus of free airport transfer and being able to stay in the villa until our evening flight was so amazing!

We had some rain which meant some areas were very slippery, but cant help the weather. Any minor issues were immediately looked at by Gede.

The location was quiet but right in the middle Of the restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The rooms were clean and spacious.

No complaints.

The villa is really pretty and the staffs were friendly and helpful, kudos for Pak Gede! The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the beach and all the hip bars and restaurants.

The water quality is horrible, unuseable water. We ended up using bottled water for showering because the water from the tap at the villa was stinging, salty, and bitter. I think it'd be wise to at least install a water filter at the villa. I might return only once the water quality is improved. Also, sometimes the floors were kinda sticky (?) Idk why.

Location was off the main road, nice and quiet

A little disorganised, we had to change Villas for the last night of our stay as they had double booked the Villa.

The location is central and just down the lane from Revolver cafe so there are loads of restaurants, spas and shops within walking distance. Gede was very helpful and happy to provide anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

As there is so much space in the living room it would have been great to have another couch and also a TV to create a comfortable lounging area we could spend more family time in (as opposed to retreating to separate rooms and laying on our beds). The astroturf lawn did get pretty squelchy after rain which wasn’t pleasant to walk on and the water quality was not good (maybe an area issue?) - it was kind of fizzy coming out of the taps and stung our eyes so we avoided getting tap water near our faces.

Clean, comfortable beds, pool and kitchen area were very spacious. quiet location but only a short walk to eat street. Staff weee lovely.

The water quality wasn’t great and we had some maintenance issues but they were addressed by the staff very quickly.
