Villa Padi Menari

The Villa is a old balinese house made of wood and rice fields was great and pleasant. The staff was good.

The property is bit old and the kitchen utensils and the kitchen stuffs need a really upgrade.

Breakfast and interior

Dusty furniture, dusty curtains. A lot of lizards poo.

The house is built in a traditional style, the living/dining/kitchen area is very open space. The three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are well spaced apart. Everything you see in the pictures on the booking website actually belongs exclusively to the house – an incredible, large, inviting area! We booked the accommodation with breakfast included. This meant that a ‘houseboy’ came in the morning and prepared it for us in our kitchen. We had never experienced anything like this before, but he worked very quietly, so we didn't even notice him. A very pleasant, polite person.

One of the three bedrooms is a little separated and has a separate entrance that could not be completely closed, meaning it could not be locked at night. Overall, the property is showing its age at some places, for example there were small wood chips falling from the ceiling above the sink in one of the bathrooms.

Everything was so comfortable and facing the padi fields and morning bird chirping. Surprisingly no mosquito. And Awan such a helpful staff which comes and makes breakfast and clean the place. Also Putu the manager there to welcome us

The fact it is next to a road, makes it a bit noisy especially 6 am onwards so if you intend to sleep through til late night, you won't be able to do so. The level of passing motorcycle only subsides later. Just have to manage your expectations on the level of quietness of the villa.

El servicio y la atención

Putu Wiadnyana the Villa manager and Awan the care taker were very helpful and good! We had a early start of sight seeing and they went out of the way to prepare breakfast and kept it ready for us which was very sweet!
